Wonderful stay

A lovely, recently refurbished and quiet ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool. Evelyne was very good at communicating and all went well with the check in process with Marta. Highly recommended.

Really smart and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. The terrace was useful, and led directly out to the pool. Car parking was a bonus. Marta the property manager was really kind and helpful, will be returning next year

L'Escala experience

We spent a lovely time in l'Escala and enjoyed the beautiful wheather. We went hiking along the coast, did a biking tour and discovered the history of l'Escala and other cities and villages at the Costa Brava. We will certainly come back and hopefully be able to rent this apartment again

Excellent apartment

This is a superb apartment, clean and well equipped. The underground parking is extremely useful and secure. The south facing terrace gets the sun for most of the day and is nicely sheltered from the cool northerly breezes. Good location only 5 minutes walk from the old town. Excellent WiFi enabled me to work remotely without any problems. Good communications and instructions. Evelyne and Marta were extremely helpful. I Hope to return.

Excellent, well-equipped apartment not far from the old town.

Spacious ground floor apartment conveniently located an easy 10 minute walk from the old town. Good communication with the owners and Marta is very welcoming and helpful. Generously equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. Good sized parking space but we have a long car and found the access very narrow. Plenty of space on the road outside at this time of year. Would highly recommend and plan to come back.

Wir haben uns (im September) sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort ist touristisch nicht so überlaufen. Der Strand und viele Geschäft sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ausflüge ins Umland (Gerona, versch. Küstenorte, aber auch die Pyrinäen - wir waren im Vall de Nuria - fast 2000 mtr/NN) mit der Zahnradbahn, zwar 110 km aber es lohnt sich).Was fehlt ist allerdings die Möglichkeit öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (der nächste Bahnhof ist ca. 15 km entfernt....) zu nutzen.In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, einschl. Küchenutensilien. Lediglich die Pfannen müssten mal erneuert werden, weil es wohl einige Nutzer gibt, die diese nicht pfleglich behandeln. Es war ruhig und man konnte auf den Matratzen sehr gut schlafen. Nach dem Strand kurz duschen und dann in den Pool war auch eine angenehme Sache. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Appartment. Alles für einen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Wie wurden spät am Arbend durch Marta sehr nett empfangen und bekamen auch noch eine Übersicht über die Stadt. Alles notwendige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sejour génial. L'appartement est conforme à la description et très bien équipé.La résidence est très calme et la piscine accessible facilement et pas du tout sur-exploitée.L'emplacement en plein milieux entre la vieille ville et la nouvelle ville est idéal pour tout faire à pied.

Het verblijf was prima , communicatie met eigenaar en tussenpersoon was ook goed.Aangezien er veel muggen waren , waren horren wel wenselijk geweest .We zaten in een zeer warme periode dan mis je toch wel de airco.Voor de rest een prima accommodatie

Découverte d’Escala

D’abord nous sommes accueillis par Marta qui nous donne toutes les informations dont nous avons besoin, ensuite nous nous installons dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux confortable et très bien équipé .Puis avec les bonnes adresses de restaurants nous nous sommes régalés avant d’entreprendre les nombreuses randonnées du coin et visites culturelles, autrement dit nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Séjour très agréable

Très belle semaine passée dans l’appartement d’Evelyne ! On s’y sent comme à la maison, le logement est très bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans cette belle région. Nous recommandons sans réserve !

Sensationell !!

Perfektes Apartment für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist genaus so wie beschrieben. Mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Auf der Terasse hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne so dass man immer draussen essen kann. Parkplatz in der Gararge ist von Vorteil.Tolle Restaurants in der Altstadt sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Toller Check-In dank Marta und Evelyne. Jederzeit wieder.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel

Location exceptionnelle, propre, belle décoration, la vaisselle ne manque pas . Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge sont très appréciables .Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier calme .Accueil irréprochable ( Merci à Marta et son papa) .Les échanges avec Evelyne, la propriétaire, ont toujours été très courtois . Je conseille cet appartement sans modération.
