—Is This the Right Stay for You?
As former home exchange hosts, we welcome families and groups who are looking for "a home away from home" with the mindset of treating it as they would their own, including neighbours and a few basic house rules, like garbage and recycling guidelines.
If you prefer a hotel-style experience with 24-hour service or a rental-only property, this may not be the right fit—but if you're looking for a warm, well-stocked family home with incredible amenities in Vancouver's premium neighborhood, we would love to host you!
We encourage guests to ask plenty of questions before booking so we can ensure our home is the right fit for you.
Reach out with any questions—we look forward to welcoming you!

About the host
Hosted by Sam

We are a French-American family with 3 children currently enjoying the Vancouver lifestyle, having recently relocated from Asia and Europe.
We have a passion for traveling - and have been fortunate to travel the world with our kids - often making other people's home our own, either with owner house rentals or home exchanges. Living in someone's home is not only the best option when traveling with kids. It is also a great way to meet people around the world and we have made many friends along the way.

Why they chose this property
This property was love at first sight! Our whole family was attracted to the bright, modern, open feel of the house -- making it possible to all have our own space while being together. In the winter, we play board games by the fireplace or enjoy the hot tub. In the summer, we have long lazy afternoons on the deck overlooking Pacific Spirit Park.
What makes this property unique
We are so fortunate to live in such a privileged location in Vancouver. Pacific Spirit Park, one of the largest urban parks is just down the block, with 34 miles of mixed forest and shoreline trails. Vancouver Spanish Bank beach is down the street, 5 minutes by car or bus. Neighborhood cafes and popular eateries are 5 blocks down (7 min walk). And, of course, the proximity to UBC tops it all off ! We have tennis, swimming, ice-skating, trails, beach and activities all within reach while being 15 min away from downtown.
