Spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath ground-floor condo steps from beautiful Bayshore Boulevard. This corner unit has comfortable living space, a large patio, updated kitchen, and one dedicated covered parking space. It is located the heart of South Tampa, three blocks from South Howard Ave. A short Uber can take you downtown, Amalie Arena, Ybor, Convention Center, UT, and many other attractions. A 10 minute drive south on Bayshore Blvd. will end at an entrance to MacDill Air Force Base. Bay view.

- Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
- No parties or loud music anytime.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind on any part of our property to include patios, foyers, or parking areas.
- We are required to have a Government ID on file (HOA rules) Please attach and message to us.

This is a great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and close to the convention center, where I needed to attend a conference. Peter is highly communicative and even offered up places to eat around the condo. A phenomenal host. The condo was the perfect escape after being in the heat and humidity. I’ll be staying there next year!

This apartment was quiet, cozy, and felt very safe. The check-in was very easy. Everything worked perfectly. The kitchen was well-equipped. Peter was an excellent communicator. Requests upon leaving were minimal; put dishes in the dishwasher and towels in the hamper. This was a great choice!

Perfect residential location for visiting our family in the Bay area, as well as visiting local attractions. The patio with a view of the bay along with a breeze coming across Bayshore Drive was perfect for beginning the day!
