Welcome to this custom designed ground level apartment in the desirable Belvidere neighborhood of West Seattle. Every detail was thoughtfully created to maximize every inch of it's swanky 800 square feet of spacious living. Recently completed in January 2019, this property personifies the Pacific Northwest with a modern twist. Enjoy a little downtime reading a book at the deep-seated new couch that houses a queen-sized memory foam pull-out bed and large ottoman with storage.
You can also kick-back and stream live TV, listen to Pandora or binge watch on Netflix and Amazon Prime provided by your hosts.
Settle down for the night in the luxurious king-sized 14" gel memory foam bed. The master closet has automated lighting along with plenty of space for clothes, shoes and hanging your personal items.
The soothing aqua-blue full bathroom features heated floors with weathered wood-grain tile, backlit mirror and an amazing rainhead shower. The laundry center has a large capacity washer/dryer and utility sink which is shared with the owners living above but with your own secure access.
NEW patio, gazebo and landscaping along with cozy furniture and BBQ for the perfect entertaining space. Thoughtfully placed bamboo for privacy between the main house and Cabana rental. It is a SHARED backyard space with the vacation rental next door. Photos coming soon!
No stairs to navigate, this property has ample street parking less than 10' from the front door and it's own private access by keycode. Though it is a shared home, the house was built with this in mind. The ceilings are double layered sheetrock with twice the amount of insulation between floors. The venting is self-contained and not shared with the rest of the home. The floor mainly used by the hosts is two levels above with their access to the home on a different side of the house.

We are a family of 4 that is heavily involved in our kids activities, from coaching to volunteering. We love the outdoors, the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and supporting our community. While David grew up mostly in California but also New Jersey, he found Seattle to be the place he calls home and is a firefighter with the Seattle Fire Department. As for me, I have lived in Seattle my entire life but lived abroad too just to be sure this is the place I would call home. My newest adventure is in opening a retail store about 7 miles south of West Seattle which features home decor, design, furnishings and gifts.
Why they chose this property
We have loved hosting and listed a property with many 5-star reviews for both the home and our hospitality. While we managed it, we lived in the "Cabana" which is property number #823070 and is a detached home we built ourselves right next door. We decided to remain in the Cabana and continued to host our other property until we ultimately decided to build a new home in it's place.
We designed the home with the ground level to be a separate unit to host guests and family. With this in mind, we made sure to soundproof as much as possible and made our our main entertaining space 2 levels above.

What makes this property unique
Access, access, access! This propert is located in a fantastic community with a myriad of activities and a variety of shops and restaurants. The location is perfect for hopping on the freeway, BUT not so close that you can hear or see it! It is also ideal for walking to everything... parks and Alki beach are nearby.
