PRIVATE ENTRY with FREE street parking. Enjoy skyline views while sitting around the fire on your private patio. The landscaped yard is well maintained and includes a water fountain with fish. Our orange cat, Penny likes to say hello.
Located in the center of West Seattle. Walking distance to local boutiques, Sunday year-round farmers market, local coffee shops, and restaurants. Alki Beach is a 5 min drive. Downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park are a short water taxi ride or direct bus route.
GETTING AROUND: SODO Station-7 min Drive, King St Station-15 min drive, SeaTac airport is a 23 min. drive.

This is a clean, quiet and comfortable location, which is appropriately priced. It is just a few block from Olympia Coffee, which is a pleasant local spot for coffee. We have family nearby and we like West Seattle and hope to stay here again.

Loved the location, about 8 minutes to Alki Beach and Water Taxi to downtown Seattle. Spacious basement with most amenities. Huge TV and bathroom was perfect for families with kids. Very quiet and private stay for our Seattle adventures.
