The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in tower 1 on the 4th floor. The master suite features a King size bed, gorgeous views of the Gulf, sliding glass door to the units private balcony, and an attached bathroom with a stand up shower. The guest bedroom has 1 double size bed and 1 twin size bed, TVs in both bedrooms. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Fully equipped kitchen with a dining room that seats 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. In addition to a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the private balcony, the living room also offers a 65" Smart TV, comfortable furniture and a queen sofa sleeper.
