Amazing views in a comfortable, well-maintained and very clean condo.

Amazing views in a comfortable, well-maintained and very clean condo. Community pool was perfect for family playtime with no truly deep end so there's room for games and play, along with a a large hot tub for adults to soak away Beds and couches are comfortable. Plenty of space for the family to spread out with room for adults to watch one movie while kids watched another (or teens with different interests watching their own things). Appliances are working though older and everything else seemed near new because it was so clean and well maintained. Check-out tasks was a very short and reasonable list (Take out garbage, start towel load, make sure key is left and log out of streaming services). Fantastic location that's easy to access, near town, with spectacular views of the lake and Garden City. (Just be sure to look at addresses because maps app identified the wrong building.)

Great place for a short family trip in the summer

We came to see our daughter for a few days because she is working here for the summer. It was spacious, comfortable, and the view was AMAZING. I had pictured my morning coffee moment for a long time and was able to enjoy that with our family. That was at least half the reason I chose this place to start with. I also walked/hiked around the neighborhood one afternoon to soak in the views even more. We didn't cook but did use the utensils in kitchen area for breakfast and snacking. Everyone had plenty of space and bathrooms. The summer sun was super bright and the deck felt surprisingly warm first thing in the morning. But it was a great way to start the day.

Ok place, but Could be better

The condo is structured well with decent amenities. Nice and roomy. Can sleep quite a few. It needs upgraded. The couches are old felt type material, which looks dingy where people sit and smells a little funny. The whole condo has a mild smell to it. The carpets are old, worn, and dirty. Bedspreads were a little dingy also. The decor and TV need updated also. The condo is functional, but with a little renovation it could be pleasant.

Sadly disappointed

This property could have potential however it’s very out of date. Screens were broken two levels and missing on the third level. The fridge lightbulb is hanging out. No dial for the temperature to be adjusted. Could only get one TV working and that’s by taking the HDMI from another TV.. garbage under the bed. Garbage behind the entertainment center including a beer can. Broken chair on balcony. It’s definitely not worth the money spent by time you add all the fees together.

The view is nice but the heat and the spiders…

This is a very spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. The view is gorgeous and the location was close to near by stores and the marina. The pool was super nice as well. The only thing I would want others to know before was that the main floor and upstairs were boiling hot all times of the day and we had to buy a fan to be able to sleep at night. The basement temperature was great, but the spiders… they were massive and they had friends. Overall it wasn’t bad.

dirty, broken down condo with a great view

Grimy, gritty, sticky kitchen floor and cupboards, filthy kitchen light, dirty mop boards all, grit on bed comforters as well as dining table, torn down screens, broken fireplace, locomotive-sounding washer, jet-take-off sounding downstairs heater, reading lights not working, n ight stand lights not working. wonderful view and a good layout; close to everything. C'mon guys, do the work. Shame on you for the condition of this could-be wonderful property.

Nice place to stay

Check-in was very easy, area, view, and proximity to lake was amazing. Only issues were : 1) bottom floor was “freezer” cold, and top floor was too hot - also no ceiling fans on upper level and 2) so many spiders (and beetles) inside the property would’ve reconsidered reservation if other accommodations were available.

Great place! Clean, amazing views, lots of space!

We loved our stay at this lakeview condo! Check in and check out were really easy. The place was clean. There is new carpet. the place was really roomy. The beds were comfortable. The BEST PART was the views from the different balconies overlooking the lake. I could have sat out there for days, but, unfortunately, had to get back to real life. The pool and hot tub were great too! With the view of the lake from there, you felt like you were at a Caribbean resort.

Condo was a great location to the lake.

Great location is the water. Condo had a lot of room and beds for everyone plus some. We would book this property again. Somethings I would change. The beds all of them were old and very uncomfortable. The HVAC system needs to be uodated. The basement was freezing (which is how I like to sleep) the upstairs rooms could double for saunas. Too hot to sleep upstairs. The decks were really nice to relax and watch the sunrise and set but they sqeeked and I wasn't sure how sturdy they were. Check in and out was easy.

Bear Lake getaway

We really enjoyed this place. The views were incredible! The pool was enjoyable but a little crowded when we went. Nice quick access to Garden City. We'd stay again here.

It was a good place to stay. Caution- has a water heater for the size of 2! Don’t plan on a warm shower after the lake if you have more than 3-4 people, otherwise a great place.

Great time at the lake!

We had a great time at Bear Lake. The accommodations were perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. The view was spectacular! The basement was freezing and the air conditioner was very noisy down there. The grill was dirty and out of fuel. Kind of feel like those things should be checked when the condo is cleaned so we don't have to get the fuel ourselves. Makes it inconvenient. Other than that, we loved it!

Very nice stay

Our stay was great. Close to dining (5 min drive), close to the marina (3 min drive), and close to the north shore beach (25 mins). Very large for 6 people. The only thing that didn’t work was the dishwasher but soap and a cleaning pad were provided. I would stay here again.

Not very clean or well stocked, needs repair. Worst place we've stayed in bear lake

The kitchen floor and carpet throughout was disgusting and dirty. The bathrooms were somewhat clean, but the whole place needs a fresh coat of paint and a good deep cleaning. The couch on the main level is old and saggy, you can feel the bars through the cushions. The pullout beds (in the 2 couches and one roll away) were so uncomfortable that no one was able to use them. The kids had to double up in the other beds. The kitchen is not well stocked, just some random pots and pans but it's missing things like cookie sheets and hot pads. The cooking utensils were old and stained or melted. The decks were pretty sketchy. We love bear lake and still had a blast on our trip, but we will never stay at this condo again.
