This unit has everything you need for a great Maui vacation. Convenient location, great sunsets from the deck, easy walk to the beach and the four pools. Perfectly outfitted with all the things you need for the beach and kitchen. Don’t look any further! We loved it and hope to come back every year!

KBHM WAS AWFUL

We received an email three days before our arrival stating our unit had a repair scheduled during our stay and we would not be able to stay. They offered an “upgrade” at a resort 15 minutes away. The unit was not an upgrade but significantly less oer night and was 15 minutes away from Kapalua. The agency said the only other option was to move mid stay. They had other units available but they were more expensive. KBHM should have put us in one of those but they completely left us on our own three days out. By the way we were half way around the world in New Zealand trying time deal with this. They handled this very poorly and I would not recommend anyone using that rental agency.

Aloha! This is a great confirmation for future guests that if your villa becomes unavailable for any reason before or during your visit, KBM Resorts will *upgrade* your accommodation at our expense to ensure you have the perfect vacation. In this case, the villa was flooded due to a broken pipe in an adjacent property and uninhabitable while under repair. This guest was upgraded from this 2 bedroom unit to a 3 bedroom, ocean front, penthouse suite at Honua Kai resort, a 5 star luxury property. Unfortunately, this guest declined to even view the upgrade, discounting the option as it was 3.2 miles to the south. We make sure all our guests experience a perfect vacation even when unforeseen events occur!

My wife along with our 3 children (ages 6,3,1) had an amazing time. The property was clean and close to the beach. The shuttle to the beach made things very convenient. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Great place - exactly as advertised

This condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, very comfortable beds, large showers and a nice ocean view. Close to a few really great snorkeling beaches and DT Fleming Beach which was awesome for just hanging out and swimming in the ocean.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful ocean view condo! The lanai is the perfect spot to eat breakfast and lounge. The kitchen had everything we needed - utensils and pans, etc., were in excellent condition. Comfy furniture and beds. Pools are in pretty garden settings. Walking distance to the beach. Easy booking with KBM, and they responded immediately to our inquiries. We would definitely return to this unit!

Great location and great property!

This was a perfect spot for our family of four. The villa was very clean, the rooms were nice and large and the lenai was a great spot to spend each morning. We really enjoyed the Kapalua location as well, just a little further north of the action in LeHaina, and lots of good restaurants in the area. We would definitely come back to these villas if we had the chance to again!

We loved the patio and view of the ocean. Great outdoor furniture which we utilized everyday. Thank you for all of the beach supplies. We used those also. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful property

My only complaint is that it seems like the cleaning crew forgot to sweep and mop the floors. But even so, it was a beautiful townhouse in a great area. My family enjoyed staying there. We were a group of 5 and they left plenty of dish and laundry detergent, which was wonderful. We were able to wash the beach towels they provided in between water activities. They even provided a bag to carry the beach items in. Would gladly stay there again.

Fantastic Accommodations in Fantastic Location

The condo was easy to find and absolutely exceeded our expectations. Well appointed bathrooms and kitchen, comfortable beds, and you can't beat the location and views. Enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the beach every day. We ate every breakfast on the beautiful lanai, and soaked in the beauty of our surroundings. The owners were fast to respond to my pre-arrival inquiries. I hope to stay here again on a future visit. Kapalua is absolutely beautiful!

Overall very nice unit that had lots of amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with the necessities and loved having all the beach stuff so we didn't have to bring anything. Also the pools were very close.Only down fall is it is a bottom unit with 2 other units above you. The people directly above us were early risers and a bit noisy....we could definitely hear them.
