3 bedroom, 1 bath, well-appointed duplex located in Richland, WA. This home has all of the amenities you will need for comfort and fun. Each bedroom has a queen size bed for those that like the extra room. The living room is one of the highlights, with a 55" smart flat screen TV, Xbox one, and loads of movies to choose from. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, sugar, and spices. We have also included a ping pong table for whoever is up for some fun. For those hot summer days or those cold winter nights, this home is equipped with central heating and air.

Pleasant and comfortable place

This was a great place to stay! Clean, safe, cozy. My 2 teens and I enjoyed it and wished we could stay longer! We were in town for the annual Leadership Training for Christ Convention.

So much better than a hotel room if you need to visit Richland. We have stayed here three times now while my husband has been working at the hospital. Very convenient location for Kadlec.

Nice home away from home

My sister and I stayed while visiting family in the area and enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located and we found it to have easy access to many of the places we were visiting. Nice cozy older home with many upgrades made it the perfect place for us to call home for the week. The owner was very fast to respond to our messages and very professional.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The yard needs some work. But we were grateful to have a comfortable place to cook meals and sleep for our stay.

Nice place

Nice clean and conveniently located. A few spiders and ear wigs maybe cause it was warning up. The place kind of had a hint of cats with a couple on the back porch that wanted in. Thankful there wasn't any hair or dander inside and our allergies weren't bothered! We'd stay agin, thanks guys!

Weekend wedding

If you're looking for an older style home this is perfect. Super cute, loved the old original wood floors. All 3 bedrooms are up stairs and sharing 1 small bathroom. Made it a little tight as we were in town for a wedding. The AC was amazing as it was hot this past weekend. Unfortunately it turned off during the night and got hot around 4 am every night.

Pretty much as advertised. Property was very clean, check in process smooth and straight forward. Traffic noise was a bit more than expected - but our home residence is on a quiet street so other guests may not find it as distracting. A bit ironic to have in the guest book state amenities “especially to enjoy the coffee and tea” and find only two Kuerig pods and 1/2 can Folgers for coffee and a single selection of Earl Gray tea albeit in copious amounts. Beds were comfortable, living room couches and seating cozy and comfortable, kitchen amenities were adequate. Shag carpet is definitely in need of updating and on the well worn side of it’s life. Overall, nice place to stay and priced appropriately - in our opinion hits the most important categories for us - clean and comfortable beds.

Our Tri-Cities stay

Everything with this rental was great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with and new appliances. Living room is large and came stocked with movies and games, also an Xbox one and fit all 5 of us comfortably for some down time. There was a covered patio in the back with table and chairs. It fit all the needs we had during our stay for 4 adults and 1 teenager. Would recommend staying here.

Softball Weekend

Overall the house was great. Very comfortable. Only drawback was all three bedrooms are upstairs as well as the bathroom. Also fridge and freezer hard to get into as it was tucked in a corner and somewhat blocked by a counter.
