Each bedroom has a queen size bed for those that like the extra room. The living room is one of the highlights, with a 55" smart flat screen TV, Xbox one, and loads of movies to choose from. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, sugar, and spices. We have also included a ping pong table for whoever is up for some fun. So much better than a hotel room if you need to visit Richland. We have stayed here three times now while my husband has been working at the hospital. Very convenient location for Kadlec.

Nice home away from home

My sister and I stayed while visiting family in the area and enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located and we found it to have easy access to many of the places we were visiting. Nice cozy older home with many upgrades made it the perfect place for us to call home for the week. The owner was very fast to respond to our messages and very professional.

Nice place

Nice clean and conveniently located. A few spiders and ear wigs maybe cause it was warning up. The place kind of had a hint of cats with a couple on the back porch that wanted in. Thankful there wasn't any hair or dander inside and our allergies weren't bothered! We'd stay agin, thanks guys!

Weekend wedding

If you're looking for an older style home this is perfect. Super cute, loved the old original wood floors. All 3 bedrooms are up stairs and sharing 1 small bathroom. Made it a little tight as we were in town for a wedding. The AC was amazing as it was hot this past weekend. Unfortunately it turned off during the night and got hot around 4 am every night.

We wish we would have known about this before you left because it was an easy fix. Our Tri-Cities stay

Everything with this rental was great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with and new appliances. Living room is large and came stocked with movies and games, also an Xbox one and fit all 5 of us comfortably for some down time. There was a covered patio in the back with table and chairs. It fit all the needs we had during our stay for 4 adults and 1 teenager. Would recommend staying here.

Softball Weekend

Overall the house was great. Very comfortable. Only drawback was all three bedrooms are upstairs as well as the bathroom. Also fridge and freezer hard to get into as it was tucked in a corner and somewhat blocked by a counter.
