The family and I enjoyed our stay. Will stay here again if we need a place to stay the next time we come watch a basketball game at Columbia Basin community college
The home was just the right size for the five of us, it is a duplex but we didn't hear much from the next unit so we were hoping it was the same on their side. The house was clean, organized, and had a nice table to play card games and eat. We did come to stay on January 2nd, it felt like the cleaning crew might've been a bit rushed since the throw blankets were damp on the beds. The host was responsive when messaged, the neighborhood was nice and located close to Starbucks and Winco.
Clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood to go for an evening walk. Easy access to groceries and the highway. They have upgraded the back yard with new sod, and a fire pit.

I liked most being close to but not in all the big shopping, dinning and entertainment of Richland. The house is just off the highway, but you don't hear or see it from there. The interior is nicely decorated, and every thing is like new. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus, after being on the road, it is nice to be able to freshen up.
The one or two things I would suggest would be, a bigger grab bar in the shower. And local channels on the TV. They might have been there, but I could not find them.
Over all, this is a Great place to stay and I strongly recommend it.
It said it has A/C but the AC is only in the dining room. A/C doesn't get to bedrooms or bathroom. The bedrooms had ceiling fans which circulated the warm air.The dishwasher was broke, unable to open and no knob to turn on if we could use it.Kitchen was lacking. The place says it sleeps six yet there were two dinner forks, three salad forks, four plates, three juice glasses, etc. A group of six would need to eat in shifts. No washcloths? The house was mostly clean. The shelves in fridge and freezer needed cleaning. Towels were left in dryer. On a good note, it was big enough for our group of three and the back yard was private and nice with a gazebo. Also, one person had car issues and we couldn't check out on time and the owner was very accommodating.
