Newly updated, sparkling clean home in a beautiful tree-lined, quiet neighborhood.
Conveniently located near Hanford, Columbia and Yakima rivers, downtown, various wineries, walking paths, and highway access. Plenty of space for up to 8 guests to spread out.

Inside you’ll find an open concept living room and fully equiped kitchen, as well as a spacious dining area. The living room and family room offer double extra space to relax and use the tv or games. The master bedroom has its own tv and full en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard with plenty of outdoor seating, a gas bbq, fountain, 3 kayaks and 2 cruiser bikes for your use!

3 fun friends

My friends and I have known each other for 64 years and this house is perfect for us as there are no stairs. Nice back yard and comfy beds. The perfect place to renew our friendship.

Comfortable and Lots of Family Amenities

Host was very responsive. Appreciated the 2pm checkout on Sunday! Home was very comfortable for us (family with two little kids under three). Host also provided other comforts and supplies that were above and beyond the typical rental. Has two separate living rooms, multiple dining space options, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, delicious treats, and more... we strongly recommend staying here!

Lovely oasis for family time

Beautiful, well kept property! Enjoyed the history of the house and area. Needed more time to appreciate it all but grateful for the time we could spend there.

Delightful House in Central Location

What a perfect house for the 5 of us attending the state gymnastics competition! We loved having 2 family rooms to spread out, and the games were an extra bonus. The house was spacious with plenty of sleeping areas, and an ideal open concept kitchen/dining room. The yard is quite large and the backyard ideal for an evening dinner. The thoughtful host not only supplied the bathrooms with thick, fluffy towels and shower supplies, but also left snacks, sodas, and coffee as a bonus! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Charming stay

We were greeted to this charming home with a hand-written welcome note and a small basket of snacks. The home is clean and well decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and a great area to go for a walk. I’d definitely stay here again.

We do offer long-term stays, here is our policy:

As a long-term guest please be aware that once a week on a day and time we both agree to, I will need to enter the home to care for plants, do a light cleaning (dusting, quick vacuum, bathroom and kitchen) get the mail, pull garbage cans back to the house, and care for any yard or home items that need seen to. You will be provided with a “starter pack” of toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, and paper towels. Once they run out, you will be responsible to provide your own through the rest of your stay.
