Beautiful villa close to Disney situated in Orlando's finest suburb
An exceptional vacation villa in the heart of Orlando's theme parks and premier golf courses, located in the beautiful suburb of Windermere, occupying a peninsular location. Ideal for long stay rentals. Please contact us directly to discuss requirements
Our Villa is located within one of Orlando's finest suburbs with all the peace and tranquillity you could wish for. Only 9 miles North from Disney's Magic Kingdom and close to Universal and Sea World theme parks. Conveniently located just 4 miles from Interstate 4 and Florida Turnpike intersection
After viewing many properties, we finally came across this Villa and fell in love with this Villa. We think you will love it too, with large spacious rooms, wonderful views, private lake and situated on a no-through road within a quiet neighbourhood.
Much of the property is on the ground floor level which provides an ideal and safe environment for both children and elderly guests.
Our villa is surrounded by large properties all of individual design and all on large plots.
Sit and relax by the pool after a busy day and all you will hear is the sound of 'nature' as you watch the sunset over lake Davis
Take time out of your vacation to relax by the pool. We have a 180 ft private shoreline, with a new boat dock being built in Spring 2020
Private parking for up to 6 cars and triple garage for safe storage.
Local supermarket and restaurants are just two miles, including Medical ctr. Restaurant Row at Dr Phillips and International drive a short drive by car or UBER
