-ANIMAL KINGDOM bunk bed room downstairs with actual Animal Kingdom lodge twin bunk bed with full size crib and a Bath.

-ARIEL/ Little Mermaid THEME bedroom with two twin beds upstairs with Bathroom.

-STAR WARS THEME bedroom with two twin beds upstairs with Bathroom.

Disney touches have been placed throughout to make your stay feel magical! This home is on Daulby Street and is a quick walk to the clubhouse pool and amenities. This home is in a 24/7 guarded and gated community- 5 minutes to highway 192 with plenty of restaurants, stores, Super WalMart and activities. Our homes are so unique with so many extra features like no other Windsor Hills homes. We constantly upgrade our homes and have put well over $180,000 into this one property.

DO YOU FEEL OVERWHELMED looking at all of the Disney rental properties available? Too many to choose? They look the same? This home is exactly as the photos show you can also see our other homes to see our quality standards. You can trust the cleanliness, upgrades and extras. We use the most expensive management team that is on call during your stay and who ensures the house and everything in it is kept clean and refreshed after and before every stay. This home will be continually upgraded. The owners and their children are from the US and also use this home often so you can trust it will be cared for. Windsor Hills Slide Project Announcement

We are excited to share that the Windsor Hills Slide and Water Park Project is officially scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026, with an estimated completion date of February 13, 2026.

To ensure the project stays on schedule, the construction team will be working 7 days a week (weather permitting) throughout the 6-week period.
The main pool will remain open and operate under normal hours during the project.

However, the Sir Windsor Aqua Venture will be closed for the duration of the slide construction.

⏳ Weather permitting, the project may be completed ahead of schedule; however, it will not extend beyond February 13, 2026.

We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed (and more). The pool area felt really private, which made it easy to relax, and our kids loved watching movies out on the pool deck each night. The arcade room was also a huge hit for our whole family.We did have one small issue with the hot tub not heating, but maintenance responded quickly and had it fixed within a couple of hours, which we really appreciated.Overall, a wonderful experience—thank you for a memorable family trip!

Exceeded Expectations!

First of all, prior to our arrival, communication with Kristy was excellent! The house is so nice and spacious! We were able to truly make it feel like a home away from home! There are plenty “extras” (like the nice Keurig, kitchen accessories, etc) that help make your experience even better. We have stayed at “on Disney resort” properties, we have also stayed at other resort condos (apartment-style), but we are now spoiled and will be return customers!

Perfect quiet retreat from Disney fun

We loved staying at Adventureland! This is the first time we were not disappointed with a vacation rental and got what we were expecting. I look at hundreds and read even more reviews before booking and it seems I’m usually disappointed to some degree on the cleanliness of the place. I’m very picky. This place was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Kids loved the arcade games, loved having 2 washers and dryers, so nice to have our own pool and hot tub (there was an issue that developed after we arrived but Kristy spared no expense to have someone out asap so that we would have a heated pool). Everything you could need in the kitchen and so nice there were garbage bags and dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, etc provided. Also use of the grill. Most places charge more for those things. We enjoyed our stay and Kristy was very responsive before and during our stay. We would book with her again if traveling to Orlando in the future! Clubhouse has lots to offer and nice peaceful neighborhood.

Our stay at this home was perfect in every way.

This home was stocked with everything that we could ask for and everything that we needed. Decor and essentials were top notch. Host, Kristy Laney, was very accommodating and quick to respond whenever my daughter had a question or needed information of any kind. This was our second time staying at this house. Everything was perfect. Plenty of space for our family. Game room is awesome!! The hot tub wasn’t heating up the first night however after contacting the manager- it was fixed right away! There is nothing bad to say about this house. We will definitely be back again!

Great house and location! We are a family of 5 adults and one child, age 11. Everyone had space and a bathroom of their own. The house is clean and has a lot of amenities that other rental houses don't have. We loved the game room and the pool. The spa heat worked great. We loved the dining table and lounge chairs by the pool. We enjoyed the community pool at Windsor Hills and the location to Disney is perfect. The host is very quick with responses and help. We go almost every year to Disney so we have stayed in several different houses and would stay in this house (or another from this host) again.

Perfect Family House

This house had everything we needed for our stay - 7 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone to watch a movie together on the couch. We loved the pool and game room. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the washer and the one arcade game. Great location too! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Amazing vacation stay!

This house is AMAZING! We traveled with two teenagers and a toddler and all 3 had a blast!! The layout of the house was perfect to give everyone space, the rental exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and availability of necessity items, the pool/hot tub space was perfect for relaxing and dinner in the evenings and the game room was a huge hit! Rest, recovery and run to Disney! This is the place to be!

The owners hospitality and welcoming vibe kicked off our stay in such a relaxing, stress free way. The home was undeniably one of the cleanest, coolest and comfiest homes we’ve stayed in while on our Disney Adventures in the last 3 years. Their communication is top notch and there was never a moment of uncertainty which for us, is key! We wanted to get away, Disney Dive in and not think about much else and we were a let to have that experience! Thank you! We will be sure to be back!

This is our 3rd time staying at Windsor Hills and we hit the jackpot staying at Adventureland! This is our favorite property. There was something for everyone. Our teens loved the game room and pool. Big plus, the game room had the coldest a.c. in the house. More room in the house than we needed, it was nice to spread out after being in the crowded parks and have quiet time. The kitchen was well stocked, every pot, pan or utensil I could think of. Best of all everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable! This will be our house of choice when we return to Orlando.

Home is beautiful with all of the amenities you will need. Beds are very comfortable. Pool is perfect size for a family and outdoor space is comfortable and convenient. Close to anything you need for supplies. Easy travel to Disney parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Like many of you looking to rent, we looked at many Windsor Hills private houses and fell in love with the condition and special upgrades added to this house. Many other properties are very worn from years of rentals and no upgrades. Within a month of seeing this property we bought it to vacation with our family and to share with others with the same passion to spend quality time in the "MOST MAGICAL PLACE ON EARTH."
