Studio on the port of Vannes for 2 people - self-contained arrival. Free WiFi

Studio completely renovated in 2017 with view of the port of Vannes.

The very bright studio is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
You will enjoy on foot all the entertainment and tourist spots.

The studio includes:
- entrance to the kitchen area (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster ...)
-a bathroom with WC and large GROHE brand shower
- a new sleeping area in a 140X200 foldaway bed with wardrobe and wardrobe
- a sitting area with a non-convertible 2-seater sofa and LCD TV - DVD player, fan

Optional cleaning fee at 25 €

the bus stop is located at the foot of the studio and will allow you to access the beach, the pier for the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan (ile d'arz, ile aux moines, houat, hoedic ...), at the station (direct line 7)

All shops are accessible on foot: bakery 20 meters away, pharmacy, mini-market, restaurants, tourist office, fish market, market for fresh produce.
The weekly market takes place on Wednesday and Saturday morning.

Chouette petit studio, très lumineux et propre. Seul bémol : il faut des biceps pour relever le lit-armoire. Et lorsqu’il est ouvert, on ne peut circuler dans la pièce. Mais la proximité du port console de tout !

A deux pas du vieux Vannes

Super disponibilité de Stéphane pour nous accueillir et arranger au mieux notre arrivée. L’appartement est propre, neuf et hyper bien placé. Il faut toutefois grimper les 3 étages :-) Attention le jeudi soir c’est soirée fête, alcool et vas et vient de scooters dans la rue qui est proche du port. A 1h du matin ça c’est calmé.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, le studio est très joliment décoré et entièrement équipé avec tous le nécessaire. En se rapprochant de la fenêtre nous pouvons voir le port de Vannes, toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied. Propriétaire très accueillant, n'hésitez pas !
