Welcome to Shores of Panama Unit 1015, a beautifully remodeled one-bedroom condo with a private bunk room and two full bathrooms, located on the 10th floor, offering stunning views of the resort’s lagoon-style pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Guests enjoy the added convenience of a reserved parking space located on the 4th-floor parking deck, making arrivals and departures simple and stress-free. Perfect for couples or small families, this bright and stylish condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Step onto the spacious private balcony from the living area and enjoy views of the sparkling lagoon-style pool and the emerald waters and sugar-white sands just steps away.

Comfortable Living Space
The open living area is designed for relaxation after a day at the beach, offering comfortable seating and a large Smart TV for movie nights or downtime, along with direct access to the private balcony. Over 900 square feet of living space plus a generous balcony give everyone room to spread out and enjoy their stay.

Fully Remodeled Kitchen
The updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating, and comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and small appliances so preparing meals or snacks is easy and convenient.

Sleeping Arrangements
The master bedroom includes a king bed, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a modern walk-in shower and spacious vanity. The private bunk room offers twin-over-twin beds, a door for privacy, its own TV, and direct access to the second full bathroom, making it ideal for children or additional guests. This second bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for bathing young children, and also houses the full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Shores of Panama is one of Panama City Beach’s most popular gulf-front resorts, featuring a massive lagoon-style beachfront pool with zero-entry access, indoor heated pool and hot tub, gulf-front hot tubs, fitness center, covered parking garage, on-site tiki bars and food service, beach rental services, and direct beach access. The resort is ideally located next to Pineapple Willy’s and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

What's Included
Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo, electronic lock for easy self check-in, professionally cleaned linens and towels, starter supplies, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry for a comfortable, home-like stay.

Important Information
A one-time resort registration fee of $85 is required upon arrival for parking permits and wristbands. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, complete the rental agreement, and provide a credit or debit card on file for damage protection. Smoking and pets are not permitted due to severe owner allergies, and violations may result in cancellation, fines, or eviction.

Seasonal Beach Notice
From March 15 through April 30, portions of the nearby beach are closed nightly from 10 PM to 4 AM per city ordinance during Spring Break season.

Booked for baseball tournament

We booked here for a baseball tournament, along with the rest of the team. It was the best time. Parking lot and elevators are busy during peak check in/out times, but we just tried to stay clear during those times and didn’t have any problems.

Very nice condo!

Had a great stay! Nice pool with easy beach access. The only downside I will say is the complex is very large so there were a lot of people using elevators so most of the time you had to wait on those and the beach was extremely crowded. That’s not anyone’s fault, just something to consider if you’re looking for a more private, low key condominium. Marina was very accommodating and extremely helpful!!

It was a nice vacation!

Everything was fine, the room was very quiet, we had peaceful nights there. The room 1015 is on the 10th floor, the parking spot is on the 5th floor. You should write it down, the room is not on the 5th floor, I can’t see it says it is on the 10th floor. The mattress is worn out from one side, it felt like sleeping in a hole. The room wasn’t cleaned up well, there was stain everywhere on the surface from food especially in the bedroom. Overall it was a nice experience and a good vacation!

Decent condo but not a good elevator situation

This is a decent condo for a short stay but location was too busy and elevator wait time was easy 30-40 mins and we had to take the stairs the whole stay which was very difficult with a toddler. Walking up to 10th floor every day was rough. Second thing we didn’t like was the location. Leaving the parking lot and leaving and coming back was a nightmare. Super busy street.

Unit was amazing, resort was disappointing

The unit was exactly as described and very nice. Bed linens were top notch and bed was comfortable. The unit had recently been updated and was modern as well as clean. However, we were extremely disappointed with the resort itself. The parking garage is a total nightmare, 2 cars cannot pass simultaneously...one car has to stop and pull over. There is not an assigned parking spot with this unit and only limited amount of parking available. We returned after dinner the first night around 10:30 and NO parking spots were available and the front desk was of no assistance. We ended up waiting for an hour and eventually someone left from a spot on the 12th floor. It literally took 10-15 minutes to get out of the garage every time we left the resort. The elevators took an extremely long time and we ended up taking the stairs most of the time. This was just very inconvenient when we had been on the beach all day and hot and tired and had to walk up 10 floors! This was vacation and supposed to be stress free....however was quite the opposite. The pool was always crowded and kids are not allowed to play with balls or floats. Security guards were always around and seemed to be constantly harassing guests due to too large of ice chest, kids jumping into pool, or throwing balls. We will not be visiting this resort again!

Avoid the crowd! Visit during off season.

The actual unit itself was very nice. Only had 2 minor issues with the unit itself. The very first night we could not keep the smoke detectors from going off. Finally after about an hour of leaving the doors open they stayed off. The second issue was upon arrival we noticed the laminate of the bathroom door had came unglued on the corner. That was no big deal for us and was not a concern but at the end of our stay I was contacted by the host saying I was responsible for the repair. After explaining it was that way when we arrived I was told that it wasn’t because they have housekeeping do thorough inspections. With that being said the unit was still up to date and very nice. The host was also very quick to respond even though it was late at night and we had already solved the issue with the small key alarms. As for the complex itself it was not near as clean as the unit. Not sure if that was due to it being so crowded since it was the week of july 4th or not. Extremely crowded and very seldom got to use an elevator because of the crowd or them being tore up. Beach and pool area not that clean either. The complex houses way too many units for the amount of beach front that it owns.

5 Star Brand on Service

Our family has been coming to PCB for years and Shores of Panama is one of our top selections. However, our last 2 stays, we started using VRBO and connected with Mariana. I will NEVER go anywhere else to book again! There are several rooms we have stayed at under her and both have been beyond words! The check-in process was extremely easy and both times she was able to accommodate any request we had. There were zero hidden fees (which I have found using other third party's you are normally blind sided with "amenity fees" once you arrive. Again, would recommend if you want a fun, relaxing, hassle free vacation!!! My family had the best time both times we were there!

Little time away

The condo was very nice. As far as the rest, well the elevators barely work. We had to walk 10 flights of stairs most every time we went anywhere. The pool rules say you can save chairs with a towel. Well that’s a lie. I witnessed it everyday and security allowing it. Room was best part.
