The open living area is designed for relaxation after a day at the beach, offering comfortable seating and a large Smart TV for movie nights or downtime, along with direct access to the private balcony. Over 900 square feet of living space plus a generous balcony give everyone room to spread out and enjoy their stay.

The updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating, and comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and small appliances so preparing meals or snacks is easy and convenient.
Sleeping Arrangements
The master bedroom includes a king bed, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a modern walk-in shower and spacious vanity. The private bunk room offers twin-over-twin beds, a door for privacy, its own TV, and direct access to the second full bathroom, making it ideal for children or additional guests. This second bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for bathing young children, and also houses the full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Shores of Panama is one of Panama City Beach’s most popular gulf-front resorts, featuring a massive lagoon-style beachfront pool with zero-entry access, indoor heated pool and hot tub, gulf-front hot tubs, fitness center, covered parking garage, on-site tiki bars and food service, beach rental services, and direct beach access. The resort is ideally located next to Pineapple Willy’s and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
What’s Included
Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo, electronic lock for easy self check-in, professionally cleaned linens and towels, starter supplies, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry for a comfortable, home-like stay.
Important Information
A one-time resort registration fee of $85 is required upon arrival for parking permits and wristbands. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, complete the rental agreement, and provide a credit or debit card on file for damage protection. Smoking and pets are not permitted due to severe owner allergies, and violations may result in cancellation, fines, or eviction.
Construction Notice
Please note that ongoing construction and maintenance projects may be taking place within the resort, which could result in intermittent noise, temporary closures of certain amenities, or limited access to some areas. Construction schedules are managed by the resort and are outside of our control, and no refunds or discounts are provided due to construction-related inconveniences.
Seasonal Beach Notice
From March 15 through April 30, portions of the nearby beach are closed nightly from 10 PM to 4 AM per city ordinance during Spring Break season.
