New life for this exceptional villa.

Renovating LA OLA was a big challenge. The general idea was to keep the colonial and vintage style of the villa and add the modernity that was missing in the kitchen, the bathrooms and all the equipment. We let you discover in a photo La OLA, between sky and sea, exceptional and unique panorama on the 3 bays of Las Terrenas: Coson, Bonita and Las Ballenas

A unique place where everything is relaxation, comfort and change of scenery. A magnificent Creole villa with an authentic and warm atmosphere.
Everything is provided for your relaxation, the cleaning lady lives on site and intervenes every morning, except Sunday, the linen of the villa is maintained on site and changed regularly, a massage room allows the masseuse to intervene easily, a large car park accommodates several cars and quads, Las Ballenas beach is a 5-minute walk .

Check-in is subject to cash payment of a deposit of USD 2000. This amount is refunded in cash on departure if nothing is broken or missing.

Included in the Price: Free Internet Wifi, local cable TV, Housekeeping entry exit and daily during your stay. Gardener and pool maintenance.

Great visit!

The pictures are accurate, yet it is much better in person! Loved the views, eating while facing the pool and Playa Bonita. It was a wonderful family vacation, relaxing, with room for the nine of us to be together, yet spread out. Enjoyed our cook Jeffrey! I really enjoyed the green lawn and landscaping also. They do a great job with making everything look beautiful. The only thing, that really isn't the villas fault, is we had a lot of mosquitoes. So come prepared for that! It wasn't very breezy for most of our visit, so that probably contributed to it.

We will be back!

Our family of 8 (adults and teenagers) enjoyed this house over our Christmas vacation 2022! I highly recommend this beautiful five bedroom vacation house. It’s beautifully furnished with artwork and updated facilities. The house is perched up on the hill, the main living area could open up entirely to feel like you were outdoors (truly spectacular) with amazing views of the surrounding hills and ocean. There is wifi and bluetooth speakers to listen to music. Each night we sat, ate dinner and drank wine overlooking the beautifully lit pool and peacefully lit landscape. The master bedroom upstairs felt very secluded from the rest of the house (the mattresses were very comfortable in all rooms). The staff was excellent. We booked breakfast a few mornings; highly recommended. The chefs' cooking was excellent, traditional Dominican food and plenty of it. The manager, Dorian, was very responsive, available and helpful. This house felt very safe, with a guard at the road and electronic gate to enter the driveway. The beaches seemed a little far to walk to so we would drive our rented ATVs. Renting ATVs is a must to get to town, area beaches and local restaurants. We enjoyed our vacation very much and will be back.

Fantastic week

My family loved this home! The cook was fantastic and the food was delicious. Only a short walk to the beach and close to fun restaurants and shops. The house was beautiful and just like the pictures. The views were unbeatable. I cannot recommend this house enough!

Maison refaite à neuf. Très agréable à vivre, très conviviale avec la cuisine à l américaine avec vue sur la piscine. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique et y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.
