2 story cottage 2 bedroom 1 bath lake access seasonal. Six Mile on Toledo

This is a 2 story apartment separate from main house. Gorgeous views from this cottage style home on Lake Toledo Bend at Six Mile. Main porch has outdoor fireplace, bbq pit. Microwave, griddle, coffe pot, bath soap, mini frig, dish soap, towels, linens, 1 queen bed, and a 1 double, both bedrooms are upstairs. Concrete doule driveway for plenty of parking. Charging of batteries are in place on water. Plus charging and water at the cottage. Fish cleaning station. 2 SRA boat launches 1/2 mile away. Also, Bobbers/Six mile marina is in the neighborhood. Two restaurants within 1/2 mile, 2 miles to Fin and Feather. Quiet private neighborhood. Six Mile Marina is just around the corner also. Free wifi, satelite TV. We love our lake home and hope you feel welcome here. Relax and enjoy your stay. Most guests love the quite and calm neighborhood. Security cameras are on the property for peace of mind. Lots of wildlife too. This is an apartment, separate from main house.

We had a delightful time exploring the Toledo Bend area. Central location for just seeing the wildlife and near wilderness. Very quiet and quaint. Great place to just relax and reload. We will go back!!!!!!!

Excellent Place to stay

Super cute apartment, huge bathroom that is fully stocked if you forget something. Bedrooms are massive the stairs were steep but the place is on lake around the corner from Six Mile Marina. Plenty of parking for 2 boats 2 trucks. The owners were so sweet .

Great place!

The place was very clean and comfortable. The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. Plus, they threw in a few fishing tips. I would recommend this place for small groups and will be back again.
