The house was perfect for us. We were impressed by the mountain views and the outdoor deck. We especially appreciated the gas BBQ grill since we like to cook out. The house was very comfortable and clean and the gas fireplace was really nice. Thanks for the lighting instructions! We loved it!
This was the perfect Mountain house for my family and I! Spotless, beautiful views, gas grill and gas firepit, plenty of room inside and out, fast internet and deer visit frequently. Communication with the owner couldnt have been better. Look forward to returning soon!!!
The house was very clean and everything in working order. The living room furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked. The beds are very comfortable. Great communication with the owner. The view is INCREDIBLE. The road just before the house and the driveway up to the house are very steep. A large suv or truck would have to back down the driveway. No complaints and we would most definitely stay here again.
We stayed for three nights to enjoy a long weekend of hiking, bouldering, and leaf viewing with the kids. The house was perfect...very comfortable living room, great sleeping spaces, and a well-stocked kitchen for all of our family meals. We especially enjoyed the amazing view of Grandfather Mountain from the upper deck for sunrise and sunset as well as relaxing around the fire pit on the large patio/deck in the evenings. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!
A+ for cleanliness, kitchenware, spices, view, neighborhood. One issue to help other renters though, all of the beds are on the soft side. Something to consider if you have lower back issues. We all loved the expanded outdoor balcony and gas heated firepit!
Beautiful mountaintop getaway. House had a great view of a grandfather mountain. Three clean bedrooms linens provided we had a one year old and the house was very kid friendly.Because of the steepness of the roads and driveway it would be difficult to drive there for the faint of heart without four-wheel-drive. Cleanliness was impeccable.
We enjoyed our stay and really knew we were in the mountains! House was clean and kitchen was fully equipped for cooking! Close to Banner Elk and not too far from Boone and Blowing Rock. Communication with owner was great. We would stay here again!
We had a wonderful time staying at Cathy's home in Seven Devils. The house had a well appointed kitchen. The view is gorgeous and I loved hanging out on the deck. We had a perfect hiking vacation, and we were able to be socially distant.
