1bd/1b newly remodeled condo inside beautiful Kiahuna oceanfront resort. The perfect spot for romantic getaways or family trips.

We have remodeled our unit to include all new bedroom, living room, dining room furniture, appliances and accessories.

We have everything you need:

- AC in living and bedroom (and ceiling fans in living and bedrooms plus oscillating fans for added airflow)
- king size bed
- high speed wireless internet
- central location on property - right where you want to be
- New 40" 4K LED Smart TV in living room
- TV in bedroom
- complimentary parking
- complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street with poolside bar, tennis, water slide, gym, various classes (ie. yoga), pickle ball, basketball
- beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and cooler available for guests' use inside unit. Beach Hut has chairs and towels available to guests in addition to snorkling gear, etc. for rent. You can also book surfing lessons through them.
-pack and play available through Outrigger ($25.00 plus tax delivery fee paid to Outrigger)

Great host and great rental. My only recommendation would be to have more blankets. IMHO I don’t think there were enough thick blankets for primary bedding. Otherwise, a great rental.

This is our second stay in this unit, and I highly recommend it. The location is excellent, the interior finishes are noticeably nicer than other Kiahuna units we’ve stayed in, and the thoughtful extra amenities throughout the condo make the stay both comfortable and fun. The hosts have always been very friendly and attentive.

We had the most wonderful visit! Our host was very welcoming and answered all questions before and during our stay. The access to the beach was amazing! We enjoyed all of the wildlife and beauty of the property! We would love to stay here again!

What an absolutely phenomenal condo! Deena was so, so welcoming and easy to work with! Communication was also fantastic. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures! We absolutely loved how close it was to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping. Bonus was that it was stocked with all the beach essentials, even a cooler! We will most definitely be back!

Kiahuna Plantation is a great couple or family stay, we have been there 4 times now. This Unit is exceptional with decor, kitchen amenities, and nera the beach. The host Deena is wonderful and accommodated our every need and request with immediate response. HIGHLY recommend!

AVOID EPIC REALTY AT ALL COSTS!!WORST HOST and FILTHY CONDO! Here’s the nutshell of the story: Family of 4 (with exhausted 2 and 4 year olds) arrives to condo to find floor covered in oil, hair in the bedding, stained and soiled linens, damp (host doesn’t allow AC lower than 74 deg) and filthy couch, pillows, and dining chairs, mold in grouts, black spots all over the old bathroom mirror, chipped and scuffed walls, filthy accessories such as baby seats, etc. Family contacts host with complaints. Irritated host sends housekeeper to mop the floors. Family contacts host again to request a refund, insisting they will not stay there a single night due to the filthy condition of the unit. Host is EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and unprofessional, denying any and all refunds and is completely apathetic to the family’s, now homeless, situation. Seriously, she is a literal worst scenario. Family spends 2 days of their vacation handling the dispute with VRBO as they play middle man. Host is as unreasonable and unaccommodating with them as with the family. Conclusion…an hour after arriving to the disgusting unit, the family never stepped foot back in the unit the entire week, yet were left to pay for the whole stay plus 2 hotel nights and another unit! Don’t be deceived by professional photos. I’m telling you, this is not a comfortable place to stay for anyone who values and prioritizes cleanliness. AVOID Epic Realty’s properties as a host and management at all costs!!

We are avid travelers and cherish all of the places we have been fortunate enough to visit. We have been traveling to Poipu for many years and fell in love with Kiahuna Plantation and Poipu Beach and all that the island has to offer. We call it our home away from home.

Why they chose this property

Deena traveled to Poipu as a young girl and now we bring our own kids and grandchild to experience paradise. To this day our favorite place to travel to is Kiahuna Plantation, on the sunny side of the Kauai, and we hope you love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

We love having a downstairs condo which is centrally located on the property and a one minute walk to the beach. The plush greenery which is so well maintained by the staff is all around the property and you can sit and relax on the Lanai while enjoying the natural beauty. Make sure you don't miss the stunning sunset at the beach each night.
