'Suite Retreat', has two suites, one up and one on the main floor; nearly identical each with their own interior design.

This listing is for the UPPER level suite VRBO listing 1587347. (The main level suite can be found at vrbo 1575730). If we're booked on one level, the other might work equally well for you.

The 1,000 sq. ft. upper level suite of this historic Grand Haven Cottage boasts personalized and tasteful décor in an amenity-rich environment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and sleeps 6 comfortably. Bedroom configuration includes a queen bed in the first bedroom and two double/full-size beds in the second bedroom.

One block to downtown, 2 blocks to the waterfront and boardwalk, less than a mile to the Grand Haven State Park & City Beach on Lake Michigan, plus everything you need to make your vacation relaxing... beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, boogie board, skim board and a wagon to take it all there. Cable TV with On Demand, DVR and free high speed WiFi.

Suite Retreat is SWEET

Truly outstanding

This rental was immaculate. The decor and amenities were top-notch; every room was modern yet felt comfortable. With patios in front and out back, it was the perfect place to enjoy the Lake Michigan breezes and unseasonably warm weather. We could walk to all of the shops and restaurants we wanted to go to. We will definitely stay here again.

Our happy place!

This is the 3rd year we were able to enjoy Suite Retreat. We absolutely love the place, location & Grand Haven. We were late in reserving our spot last year, so we didn’t get our normal week in July in the lower unit. The upper one is just fine (just more stairs!!). Learned my lesson & we booked early for next year…back to the lower unit & our mid July. Can’t wait to return.

Fantastic vacation rental

We absolutely loved our stay here. The space was clean, well decorated, and a great space. And it was a great location! We walked downtown, to the water, and even to the beach. And they provided everything you could need for any of your adventures. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay at Suite Retreat

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely at Suite Retreat this summer. We rented the top floor unit and found it to be perfect for the three of us. We felt comfy and cozy when staying in, but also felt that everything was close and convenient if we went out for the evening. The owners, Joe and Susie were very accommodating and accessible to us throughout our stay. We are looking forward to next year, since we already booked our week with in advance! Thank you for the lovely vacation!
