The IQAir HealthPro Series features HyperHEPA filtration technology for superior airborne particle removal. IQAir's HyperHEPA filtration is tested and certified by an independent third-party lab to effectively filter 99.5% of harmful ultra fine pollution particles down to 0.003 microns in size.

This is 100 times smaller than what is achieved with ordinary air filtration technology and 10 times smaller than a virus.

2020 New deck space added, making three total decks for you to enjoy. The largest deck features a BBQ, fire pit, outdoor dining for 12, and comfortable patio seating.

Escape to the mountains in our completely remodeled cabin. It has three upgraded full bathrooms, a modern kitchen with new appliances and new hardwood floors. New paint, furniture, linens, towels, mattresses, and dishes complete the experience. There are three levels which provide an ideal layout for privacy. The cabin has a spacious floor plan and two king bedrooms making it a perfect cabin for two families to enjoy.

The upper level has two bedrooms and a large full-sized bathroom with double sinks. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (twin/twin and full/full). This ideal kids room also includes a 40 inch HD television with blu-ray player which makes for a fun movie night as the kids fall to sleep. This level also includes a loft with a beautiful view out the A-framed window while playing chess, checkers or reading a good book. Small book library in the loft.

The main level is the highlight with the great room, kitchen and dining room all in one space. The living area hosts a cozy couch and Direct TV on the 60 inch Samsung SMART TV where you can also watch your favorite movies and shows from your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts. Just log in with your user ID and password and ENJOY! A blu-ray player is also available with a host of DVDs. For your listening pleasure, we have a SONOS sound system. You can listen to music via the SMART TV via many apps such as Spotify or Amazon Music. Or, you can tune into DIRECTV channels 800+ to enjoy music.

The gourmet fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with a double oven, wine refrigerator and brand new mixer for added baking fun. The hardwood dining room table easily seats twelve. Overlooking the front of the house is a balcony so you can sit back and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the crisp mountain air. An additional bedroom with king bed and full bathroom are also on this level.

The lower level is a game room that is fun for all ages and will provide hours of entertainment. It has shuffleboard, foosball, darts, a 55 inch HD television with blu-ray player, multiple toys for children and a cocktail-style arcade game that has over 60 classics such as Ms. Pac-Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong, and Galaga. This level also has a full fold-down Murphy bed and full bathroom which essentially acts as a fourth bedroom. Off this level is a utility room with a full-size washer/dryer and hiking supplies which you are welcome to use. Wireless internet access is available throughout the cabin.

For the bedrooms and game room, the TV and blu-ray system are all similar in their operation. Each will have two remotes, one operates the TV and the operates the blu-ray. The blu-ray system will also give you access to a number of apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc. Please feel free to log into the apps with your own personal account and ENJOY! We have also provided a number of blu-ray DVDs that both adult and children friendly.

There is an access road right behind our cabin which makes for a pretty hike or can be used for sledding in the winter. Many properties in Lake Arrowhead have limited or difficult parking but our cabin easily fits 3 vehicles in a semi-circular easy-access driveway. We truly feel like we have found paradise in the mountains and we would love to share our cabin with you.
