Guests will have private access to the entire townhouse. Entry is easy and efficient with contactless keypad entry. Check-in details will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
Parking Regulations You may park one vehicle in the garage and one vehicle directly in front of the garage. There are 7 additional visitor parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis, located on the left as you enter the complex. Please use the spots marked "Tenant Parking." Commercial vehicles, trailers, or vehicles with auxiliary fuel tanks are strictly prohibited from parking anywhere in the complex and must be parked off-site. Fines will be issued for improper parking.

Situated right on the ski hill, this spacious 1500 sq ft townhouse is your ideal base for adventure. The main floor features an open-concept living room, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen, creating the perfect warm and inviting space to gather and reminisce about your day's adventures.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements: This home features 3 private bedrooms and additional sleeping areas, comfortably accommodating up to two families. Upper Level: A Queen primary bedroom with incredible mountain views, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated desk space. Main Level: A double pull-out couch in the living room. Lower Level: A bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Lower Level: A Queen bed plus a semi-private bonus room with another set of bunk beds and a trundle pull-out bed.
Bathrooms: Three bathrooms are stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Upper Level: Full ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath combination. Main Level: A half bathroom. Lower Level: Full bathroom with a shower/bath combination.
Kitchen: The large, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast, including a full set of pots, pans, utensils, a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and a dishwasher.
Outdoor Living: Step out onto the deck to find a BBQ and outdoor furniture. The covered, private hot tub is the perfect place to soak away your cares while enjoying breathtaking mountain views – an ideal après-ski or post-hike treat.
Laundry: A large, modern washer and dryer are available for your use. Laundry detergent is supplied.

This is a townhouse complex on three floors with stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home is professionally cleaned after each stay to ensure our guests' health and safety. Lots of things broken. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Not a sharp knife and pans were really bad. The worst was that every unit had the same door code. No security with your unit. It was clean and the location is ideal. Fit our family needs.

Fabulous unit! It is well maintained and very well stocked with all you need for a vacation. The hosts were constantly in touch and provided a ton of information prior to arrival. Definitely recommend this unit and Alpine Lodging.

this was a last minute getaway from our home just 4 hrs. away. the unit was huge we had 8 family members. the host was in constant communication if we required anything. Location is fantastic morning sunrise close to great golf and mountain biking, if you ski well youre in heaven.

We had a great stay here. Very convenient to be right on the hill. The place had everything we needed including lots of beds in the basement for the kids! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!
