Just 2 hours from New York 2 hrs. from Boston! This is an exceptional waterfront location step into the crystal clear lake for swimming fishing, kayaking. 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, and canoe, fishing, snorkel, sunbathe! Huge wrap around porch for family BBQ or catered fine dining. Large yard for family fun, volley ball and campfires at night.
Close to nearby sites such as the Gillette Castle, Gelston House Restaurant, Children's Museum, golf, wineries, outlet shopping, baseball, fine dining, Goodspeed Opera House for live theater, six flags, river cruises and 30 minutes to Hartford and Casino area's. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start washing the used towels in the washing machine
Please turn off attic and all fans and air conditioners
The town dump is only open certain days and hours. Please be sure to check open days and hours so all trash can be taken to the trash dump, refuse center in Moodus.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Custom lease must be signed
Renter responsible for trash removal at local station
Property is surrounded by a deer fence renter is required to open the gate
