Awesome View Romantic Chalet is just minutes from Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Loop, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and downtown Gatlinburg home to Blake Shelton's new Old Red Restaurant. Ober Gatlinburg amusement and ski park is only 20 minutes away. You could spend much of your stay at Awesome View kicking back on the porch rocking chairs, listening to the breeze rustling through the trees and admiring the spectacular views of Mount Le Conte.
You can ooh and ahh at the towering trees and star-studded skies while indoors as well, thanks to the large windows and double-height ceiling of the living area. Stretch out on the comfy sofa with your tablet as you surf the web by the golden glow of the wood burning fireplace, which will give the cabin the cozy ambience.
Awesome View's kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you’d expect from a home away from home—maybe even more. In addition, there’s a charcoal grill outside; if you reel in some trout from one of the nearby streams, grill it for a true Smoky Mountain feast. Sure, there are plenty of restaurants you can drive to in just a few minutes, but after spending the day hiking or biking in the national park, skiing or ice-skating at Ober Gatlinburg, or exploring every inch of Dollywood, you might prefer a laid-back dinner at the cabin. If you don’t want to dine on the porch, settle in at the indoor romantic dining table for 2.
Your romantic master suite has a king-size bed, of course, and 32", wall mounted flat-panel TV, plus bedside lamps so that one of you can stay up reading while the other falls asleep. The en-suite bathroom includes a jetted tub, perfect for soothing your tired muscles… or for getting you in the mood for romance! You can gaze at the stars while soaking in the jetted tub. Awesome View is the perfect romantice get-away place for honeymoons, annivessaries, or just a place you can slip away and take your special someone. So go ahead and book your stay today, then get ready for what might be your best vacation yet.

This cabin was in a Great location...super cute and My Wife and I had a great Anniversary weekend! Cabin was really clean! When we woke up Saturday morning we witnessed Momma Bear & her 4 cubs nursing right in front of the cabin!! Wonderful in a life time experience forsure!!
The property was nice and clean, minus a few spiderweb on the deck near the hot tub. We have stayed in other cabins on vacation and here we were put off by all of the notes posted throughout the cabin. I feel there was no need for the capital letters, excessive !!!! and so on. We paid good money to be here so feeling as though we were being scolded and threatened with fines was not necessary and made our stay less relaxed. There is a tactful way to state rules without coming off as rude. Not being able to turn the temperature below 70 was a bummer and hot some nights. Also not a fully stocked cabin. We had to purchase our own coffee grounds and even paper towels from a store in town. With the price I was surprised it didn't even include paper towels. Would not stay here again, mostly due to the notes and unwelcome feeling it gave us.

Amanda,
So glad you thought the cabin was nice and clean. As for the not so stocked cabin.... per the reservation agreement you signed, Paper towels, coffee grounds etc are not provided. PAPER TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED are in BIG BOLD print on that agreement. Not sure how you missed that if you read it. A start up of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent are standard protocol. Anything beyond that is up to the discretion of owner. Per your reservation agreement, none of that was promised. Keeping thermostat is just a recommendation. Just a side note, your stay was during the fall months...
Unfortunately spiders and other wildlife are a part of our environment. We cannot prevent all the sider webs outside. Im sure you were glad they were not inside the cabin.
Thank goodness the bears didn't visit during your stay...that would have been another story.
Best regards
My husband and I had the best honeymoon! Beautiful cabin and view of the mountains. The cabin was very clean and loved the Christmas tree they put up! We hope to be back very soon! This cabin was a must for a couple!
Had an amazing time here! Loved the view of the mountains as soon as you wake up from the bed in the loft. Mornings were so magical sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch drinking coffee and listening to the sound of nature and the view of the mountains. Great location! Between downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. 10/10!
The View is breathtaking and cabin was very quiet and cozy. The hot tub was nice and secluded. The only thing was the upstairs where we slept was a little warmer than we would have preferred, but we brought a fan and managed.
This was our first time staying in a cabin. This was the perfect little cabin. Great location and the view was amazing. Definitely will be staying there again.
Woke up to a spectacular view every morning, the area was beautiful and close to all of the attractions we wanted to see.. definitely will come again..
Cabin is nice. In a very quiet place. View is great. Communications and rules did not make us feel welcome. We no more than got the door code via text than got a message basically warning us to be out on time or else. The house rules are full of don’ts. Our favorite was don’t sleep on the couch. We had no problems during our stay and trust they would have been taken care of if we had.
The cabin was very private and secluded. We didn't hear any noises from the other properties around us. The hot tub was very clean and perfect for relaxing. The name of the cabin is truly accurate!
Nice secluded cabin in the woods in close proximity to Smokey mountains national Park. Perfect place for a couple to spend a few days or a week. The hot tub was an added bonus.
