Welcome to Secret Beach Resort! 3 cottages, sleep up to 16 total. This is a private, secluded, serene, magical setting. This is perfect for a small group/family. Includes kids play structure, sand volleyball, picnic tables, grills, 2 fire pit areas, wifi and lots of room for kids to run. This magical mini-resort will be sure to leave life long lasting memories. All cottages have been recently remodeled.

Bonus for all Secret Beach Guest: 8 movie passes to the local theatre and possible swim up mermaid booking for select dates!

Location is key

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Having 3 different house options was great for the few families we had stay. It’s private but also easy access to local grocery store for shopping. Adults and kids voted for a return next year. Remember to bring: blankets for bedding, towels(bath and beach), garbage bags and dish soap.

Weekend Away

Our weekend trip here as very nice. Ample parking for all five cars and plenty of space to spread out. The fire pit was very nice for sitting around in the evening and the beach was very sandy. The four security cameras covering the property were a bit unnerving as it felt links we were being watched when we were outside but I understand the owner wanting to secure the property and more than likely no one is watching the footage. The only real problem we encountered was the lack of towels and limited bedding. This would not be an issue with knowledge to plan accordingly but the need for our own towels and blankets was not communicated until the morning of our check in after some of our group had already left for the cabin. This is a great property for a larger group just be advised that you will need to bring your own bath towels and additional blankets for the beds.

Great beach.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Outdoor space was excellent with large sandy beach, clear blue water, ample seating and nice play structure for the kids. Setting was also very private. Inside space in 4 bedrooms is small, and tight accommodations for adults.

McClain Semi-annual family vacation

The property did not disappoint! The lake and beach was fabulous! The outside area is a beautiful quiet spot with everything for all ages to participate and enjoy! The cottages are a little rustic but had most everything needed with enough space for all 16 of us! We gathered for family meals every day with plenty of seating outside. The fire pit was a great place to gather after fun filled days! Thank you Teresa!

Great large group resort

Myself and my 3 daughters and their families stayed here. The cottages were well equipped. They also give you options as to where each family stays. The website could list set up of beds in each cottage. Our younger ones loved the playscape and our older ones had fun at the sand volleyball court and space to play softball and bags. The beach is a distance from the cottages through mostly sand which may be difficult for older people. We had campfires every night. The location is perfect...close enough to cottages to check on the kids. We have already talked about about renting this private resort again. The owner was very prompt on any questions asked.

Great stay

We didn’t have as many people stay as we thought, so we had lots of room and didn’t even use one of the cabins. This place would be great for a large group. The location is wonderful. We used the fire pit most nights and loved being on the lake and yet back in the shade.

Great Place for a couples get-together

This was the perfect place for several couples to get together to enjoy the last bits of Summer. There was a ton of room for everyone. It was great to have 3 kitchens and 3 grills. The beach was also a great spot, with a lot of beach to lounge on, which is hard to come by witht the water levels rising. Would definitely come back again!

Bachelor party!

The property is beautiful. All 11 guests were able to enjoy themselves all weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Only a minute out of town but also secluded in the woods made us feel like we were really up north. Beautiful lakefront sandy beach to play sports and e joy the water and Teresa was very helpful the entire time we stayed. Will certainly be visiting again!

OScoda , is a nature lovers paradise. hiking, fishing, boating, swimming and all things water! This 3 cottage resort is very private and secluded yet minutes from town. Perfect for up to 16 people. Enjoy a nap in a hammock in the wooded area, a game of sand volleyball, horseshoes, grilling, a Mai Tai at the tiki bar, swimming and building sandcastles on the sugar sand beach. Memories made here that will last a lifetime. Paradise found!
