Landing at this resort from the heights of Loveland Pass or Swan Mountain Road provides panoramic views of the central Rockies, the Continental Divide and Lake Dillon, delivering your party just in time for Keystone daytime events. The slopes offer the ultimate setting for the Burton Mountain Festival with gear demonstrations and free snowboarding lessons. Keystone daytime events like Safety Awareness Month highlight the responsibilities of guests and on-mountain professionals so that everyone can enjoy themselves in healthy ways. Among other activities, the event features helmet fittings and interactive lectures to boost backcountry knowledge. Trail sweeps with ski patrol members are popular, enabling guests to experience a behind-the-scenes look at one of the team’s daily duties. In April, Keystone devotees and anyone looking for the season’s best laughs enjoy the annual Slush Cup on closing day. The competition is fierce and funny when skiers and boarders fly down an icy hill and attempt to skim across a water-filled pond landing zone. A panel of so-called highly skilled judges evaluate competitors on style, distance and creativity. Wacky costumes are encouraged. Getting soaked above 10,000 feet in April is chilly, but winners walk away wrapped in towels, cash prizes in hand. -Everything Summit
The free bus system (Summit Stage) can take you anywhere in the County including Copper Mountain. The Summit Stage can take you directly to any Ski Resort (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper) and many other places throughout the County. This is a perfect way to travel throughout town without a car or worrying about parking for a day on the mountain. This property is less than a mile from the closest Summit Stage Stop- located at the Keystone Lodge and Spa.
Almost half a dozen festivals make their home at the resort as Keystone daytime events. First up in June is the annual Bacon and Bourbon event that serves up thousands of pounds of this smoky delight and the cuisine it inspires. The Keystone Wine and Jazz Festival educates its participants about nuanced flavors and food pairings, while the River Run Village Arts Festival showcases the works of 80 or more creative professionals to help you find that perfect new wall hanging or pottery set. A Bluegrass and Beer Festival and the much-anticipated Mountain Town Music Festival bring out everyone’s rhythm so there’s no need to feel blue. 📜 House Rules

Awesome place in the mountains, a lot of beds and a ton of space. The dinning room table is huge and could fit 11 people which was awesome!

The property was as described. It was a very spacious home and was perfect for a multi-family vacation. The bunk room was great for teens and all the rooms were very large. The property could use some minor updating and freshening up.

Everything in this home is just perfect. Enormous social areas (kitchen, living room and dining room) offers a space in which you can enjoy time with family and friends. Every room has its own full bathroom so is perfect for 4 families with kids of any age. You can’t go wrong staying here. 10/10
This is a very large home. The bedrooms are even larger than they look in the pictures. We had 4 couples plus 2 little ones and had room for many more! We loved the large sofas and dining table. The hot tub was awesome. The kitchen was well equipped. The large windows help to enjoy the snowy views. They supplied ample towels.

We enjoyed our time here. We had a big group of families and enjoyed making meals together. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. The big table was great for dominos and the hot tub was fabulous after a day of skiing. The only complaint was the cleaning was not the best (the showers had mold and mildew) and there were piles of mouse droppings right where you enter the house, but this could happen anywhere, especially since the trash was housed right next to the garage entrance. Overall, we would stay here again.

THIS HOUSE WAS LARGE AND HAD PLENTY OF SLEEPING SPACE FOR OUR EXTENDED FAMILY. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND THERE WAS A LOT OF SEATING SPACE FOR EVERYONE.
WE WOULD STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE IF WE COME BACK TO THIS AREA. MANAGEMENT WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.

Great property for our ski trip. Plenty of towels, beds, and essentials. The guys had a great time with the space. Did notice a couple of light bulbs were burnt out and some loose door handles. There is also a nail popping out on the hot tub stairs. Would recommend for other large groups in this area. Thanks for letting us use this property!

Great house left unkept.
Great house, lots of space for our family of 9. Every room had bunk beds. Bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of dishes and glasses, short on forks. Sadly the structure of this home had been left unkept.
Cob webs everywhere inside and out, leaking windows with water coming inside, televisions and remotes not all working, sliding patio door did not open or close properly. Needs a little TLC before renting again.

We are so glad that we were able to help you during your stay immediately and that you were happy about the compensation. We truly appreciate the help in listing the items you encountered. This very family friendly home is indeed older but priced to help large groups enjoy the Keystone area without busting the wallet. We have removed the cobwebs from the outside, replenished the forks and of course fixed the remotes while you were there. The sliding patio door does stick and we hope to have it replaced this summer!
The home was nice and spacious and check off almost all my boxes when searching for the house. A few things that could be improved on are: more cookware in the kitchen; a little more communication on check-in process with current key issue; Wi-fi connection upstairs was very weak, could not get the TV in the master to come on; items in garage made it a little difficult parking an SUV; did not locate check-out instructions until check-out time (in garage next to back door). Other than the few issues house was clean, good location, plenty of bath towels, but could have used more dish towels in the kitchen (only 2).

We had a lovely time. We found some up grading needed in the kitchen. Lots of dishes but pans in need of replacing, better organization of things and time to replace your faucet in the kitchen. A few more basic supplies in bathrooms would be nice and time to upgrade linens and blankets. Home has a great layout and can easily hold a large group of kids and grandkids like our group. Overall I would stay here again but I would know to bring spa towels, more large trash bags, cozier blankets and better cooking supplies. Also tv did not have controller in upstairs room.

Thank you so much for your review and feedback, we greatly appreciate it and are always trying to improve! We are glad that your stay was good overall and that the home was accommodating for your family. - Avi and the 5 Diamond Lodging Team
Had a group of 8 adults staying at the place for a ski vacation. Quick access to Keystone and A-Basin. The place is built for large groups with a substantial number of beds throughout the property, a very large kitchen and living area to support a crowd and a large hot tub. If you're looking to stay on the Dillon side of Summit County - this is a great pick, particularly if you have lots of friends or multiple families to include!
The house has 4 good sized bedrooms, with each has its own bathroom, and an additional bed on the second floor (calling it 5th bedroom is a bit misleading). There are plenty of beds that can accommodate more than 20 people people if fully utilized. The house is like what the photos shown, really nice. A friend even flied all the way from Switzerland after seeing the photos, and he was not disappointed. Jumping into the hot tub after skiing is just heavenly. The house is radiation heated, so it's comfortable to walk on the floor even with bare foot. Each bedroom has its own Nest thermostat in addition to the one in the living area. And there is a fireplace on each floor. The 2 car garage is a big plus, especially for snowing days.
The house is close to Keystone, but it's about half mile to the closest free shuttle stop. We were joking that we could ski to the bus stop since the road was covered in snow. Breckenridge is less than half hour drive. Vail is about 45 min away if there is no traffic, but it's rarely the case in ski season. There is a grocery store and gas station just outside of the neighborhood, and Dillion is just 10 minutes drive where there are plenty of stores.
The property manager Julie was extremely helpful. We arrived 12/23 evening and found the shower water was just lukewarm. Julie responded quickly and found some plumber to come over to fix it. And on 12/25 the hot tub showed a "FLO" error and Julie contacted the hot tub quickly and let us know that it might be the water level was too low so that we could fix it ourselves in short time.
