4 En Suites + Loft, Gorgeous Views, Easy Ski and Village Access

Our gorgeous Gateway Mountain Lodge is a short walk to the lifts, shops, and restaurants of both the River Run and Mountain House Villages. Enjoy slope side views from every room in this light and bright condominium. The property boasts four well-appointed master bedrooms (all ensuite) plus a loft in over 2200 glorious square feet of living area.

The first floor great room with vaulted ceilings, a cook's kitchen, dining area, and deck are perfect for entertaining. The upstairs loft, also open to the great room, provides a cozy second living area. Two high quality sleeper sofas are located in the great room and loft.

Our unit is stocked with books and games, a Wii, six flat panel televisions, a gas fireplace, and a washer and dryer. On site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, ski lockers, and secured parking. Hop downstairs to visit Breeze ski rental, The Haywood Cafe, and a coffee shop and brewery. If you prefer to ride a free shuttle to the slopes, it stops directly outside our front door.

Our property is perfect for families or groups of up to ten who love skiing and the outdoors, who want to be close to the action but away from the noise, and who appreciate fine accommodations and amenities for an affordable price.

Seamless stay and perfect location

We have stayed at The Gateway many times and this particular condo unit is especially nice. The owners have made some nice upgrades. The communication was excellent and we had a lovely visit!

Great condo, great location

This condo checked all of the boxes for our family. It was in a great location close to River Run village, with a mini grocery and indoor garage on site. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 6 kids with comfortable beds and everything we needed.

Great Condo for our Spring Break Skiing

What a perfect floor plan! Very well equipped kitchen. It was quiet throughout our stay. We rented our ski gear from Breeze, located in the complex. Short shuttle ride to the gondola (very first stop). Saturday night fireworks right out the living room window. Warm, garage parking. Cooked steaks on the grill. Awesome! Highly recommend.

Place was nice and clean. Little smaller then it looks like on a picture. We stayed for two nights. There were not enough thrash bags. We requested more which they delivered next day, but told us for next time we have to bring our own. Really??

We just got back from our wonderful vacation! We had a 2 families, party of 4 and party of 2.. plenty of room & could of had another family of 3 join us. The view from the balcony was amazing & especially the night skiing! Peter was super helpful & gave us lots of ideas as to what to do! The condo was very roomy & had everything we needed to cook meals too! Right downstairs is the ski rental places, and also a small grocery/liquor store! So convenient! The shuttle also picked you up right outside the condo too! We will def be coming back and hope to do it again very soon! Thanks for everyone Kim, we love your home!

Great location with view of the slopes!

Plenty of room for 8 to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and a fold out sofa that was very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the condo was too warm even with the thermostat set to off, and the dryer was not drying the laundry properly. The management company and the HOA were quick to respond but it took a few days to get the issues resolved. The view was amazing and the bus stopped right in front of the condo to take us to and from the lifts. I would definitely rent this unit again! We had a great time! Highly recommend!

Good family ski condo

The condo is very nice and has room for a big family. The ski shuttle is nice but drops off outside the village and it is a long walk to the Gondola. I recommend driving to Mountain House East and parking to avoid the long walk through the village to ski. The condo has everything you need to prepare family meals. It is well stocked with towels, pillows and household needs. We enjoyed our stay and would use this condo again.

The location is about 5-7 minute walk from the River Run Village. It was so convenient to have the Breeze Ski Rental right on the main level of the complex. Gorgeous views of the slopes.

We have owned a vacation rental in Keystone since 2005. We are a family of four, and our children, Alexander (16) and Olivia (15) have been skiing since there were toddlers. Since our children are now very "friend-oriented" and since we love to entertain so much, the time felt right to purchase a larger unit. We're so grateful that we had the opportunity to buy this spectacular Gateway property! We live in Denver and head to the mountains as often as possible. As John Muir said, "The mountains are calling, and I must go."

Why they chose this property

We love Keystone because it's a family-friendly resort with a wealth of beauty and activities. Winter is excellent for skiing, naturally. And there are also opportunities to ice skate, tube, and cross country ski at the nearby Nordic Center. It was a must for us to be near River Run, as we greatly enjoy the summer festivals (bacon; wine & jazz; art; beer & blues), the events at Warren Station, and the plethora of fun shops and restaurants. There is something for everyone in Keystone!

What makes this property unique

The Gateway Mountain Lodge offed us the opportunity to feel like we're living in a town home while being walkable to the slopes. The property has great amenities and has four master bedrooms. Having four bedrooms is a rarity in Keystone.
