Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood

We really had a perfect time here. The condo is decorated tastefully, fresh and clean! Was equipped with everything needed for our stay. Enjoyed time sitting on the spacious lanai overlooking the canal that attracted a multitude of birds. Close to several golf courses and parks with nice walk paths. Convenience factor scores high being close to stores for essentials. Discovered a bakery just down the road where we enjoyed sitting outside with coffee and breakfast treat. Within 15 minutes of beautiful beaches where we used the wagon, umbrella and chairs provided for additional enjoyment. Management was quick to respond to our questions and catered to all our needs. Thank you Anne for your fine service!

Well maintained property. Minor issues with light bulbs out, garbage disposal, and lock on front door. Quiet area. Few restaurants nearby. Except for pizza, hard to get food delivered.

Staycation in Charlotte County!

This wonderful rental was fortunately available when we needed a place to land while our Port Charlotte home was being completed . Wow did we luck out! Beautiful condo on a lovely canal - so peaceful watching the wildlife and boats. Have already told my family from the north so they can rent when visiting. Thank you !!
