Great place!

Great place and perfect for our team of 12 runners! Having 3 bathrooms was also super helpful with 12 women in one house! Beds were really comfortable and the space was roomy for us to spread out and relax. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place to stay!

Karla does a great job with keeping the house clean and yard maintained. Maybe not the nicest neighborhood in SD, but we had zero issues with anyone around there and we were within 15 minutes of all the places we needed to go.

Had a great time at this property. It's located in a quiet neighborhood about 15 min from Gaslamp Everything was very clean and looked great! The host was very nice to let us check in a bit earlier. Definitely would stay here again .

We enjoyed our time in San Diego and the property gave a nice place to come back and enjoy some down time. Out door space was nice as well. Corn-hole was present but broken with nails showing. Not great for little kids but was easy to put away. We did feel that the property was a little miss represented specifically in the beds. Posting stated all beds where queen or king except the “triple twin bunk beds” two of these where full beds and not queen. In regards to the bunk beds we were expecting three sets of twin bunk beds which would have been perfect as we had five children. Each would have their own bed. When we arrived it was a full bunk bed set with a pull out full mattress underneath. Not the end of the world as kids can share beds just not what we were expecting. Would definitely stay again and liked the property.

Great Experience

The rental was perfect. It was spacious with plenty of room for everything we needed. The host, Karla, was amazingly responsive and easy to communicate with. I gave a 4 star for on location and neighborhood only due to the fact that our vacation revolved around sea world and the beaches so it was a little difficult as out of staters to get in and out, but not a deal breaker in the least. We would definitely rent again and we thank Karla for all that she did for our stay. It was literally perfect!

When we pulled up to the house it looked nothing like the pics online. The house was run down and in need of repairs. Wouldn’t be my first choice next time.

Wonderful Stay!

The house was cozy and clean! We didn’t quite have the sleeping arrangement listed, but it still fit everyone and everyone had a bed! They stocked up on blankets, towels and all the necessities such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, etc. The backyard was cute and very comfy!!! Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We had a great stay. Would recommend!

Karlas place was exactly what my family & I were looking for ! Her home is so spacious & the backyard was so cute with a fire pit ! So comfortable so cozy! We will definitely be booking with her again.
