The host was very prompt and courteous and the home had the perfect layout for our group. Lots to do at the house and swimming in the canal was enjoyable for wveryone. We had a problem with the dishwasher on Christmas Day and the concierge sent someone over within a couple hours and had it fixed. Very impressive! Highly recommend this house and host.

We rented this villa to celebrate my birthday, 7 of us in total The villa is beautifully decorated in a coastal style, lots of room to hang out. The bedrooms were well thought out-my only point would be that the twin beds are a little short for a 5'8" adult. The bedrooms had been prelabelled for me - so appreciated. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were well appointed. The yard was perfect to swim and have chats...I understand a few loungers are coming...that is great. Our boat tour picked us right out back- loved the water way...girls loved kayaking and paddle boarding. I can't say enough about the villa-we hope to rebook next year ! Thank you so much!

Fabulous House in a great location

The Villa is lovely, with a very well appointed kitchen and an awesome outdoor area for entertaining. Bikes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards are provided, which is great. The excellent Grace Bay shops and restaurants are a short drive away, and other amenities are also easily accessible. We will definitely be back!

Paradisiacal Perfection!

From arrival to departure we have never been more impressed with a vacation rental. The listing images almost seemed too good to be true and my kids even commented that they were probably photoshopped. I can tell you the property far exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. If there was a way to make our stay in paradise even more perfect, this was the perfect place for our family!

House was fabulous with lots of living space inside and out. Loved the location. We used the kayaks all the time. Gated community great for running. Easy drive or bike to tennis and golf. Also short drive or bike to our fave restaurants- coco bistro / coco van. Claudius was an excellent property manager and also helped us out with some over and above needs. We will be back!

Superb

Nothing but accolades to share about this home. It would be nice to have a pump to blow up the pool floaties but other than that the stay was perfect. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials abd it was easy to shop or have food delivered We will be back
