This Villa is located directly on the Water! Swim, snorkel or sail away to the beautiful turquoise waters of the TCI. The Villa is very spacious, boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bath and an outdoor shower and pool restroom.

Adam & Eve Villa offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and well-appointed bedrooms, 50ft curved edge pool, swim up bar, outdoor BBQ Grill, boat dock, plush sun loungers and beautiful interiors.

The Villa is situated on the peaceful canal of Leeward, a minute drive to Leeward Marina and a 4 minute drive to Grace Bay where you will find a selection of restaurants, bars and shopping.
