An Oasis of Privacy and Best View on Provo

"IT'S EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN THE PICTURES!" is the most frequent comment from renters when they arrive at Sea Breeze. One recently wrote, "I never wanted to leave that view!"

Every morning you awake to the beautiful view of the Caribbean with sailboats anchored or cruising and waves splashing over the sea wall, which is 7,000 ft. deep.

Local friends visiting Sea Breeze for the first time exclaimed, "I didn't know you could get this kind of view on Provo! I have lived on island for twenty years and have never seen a view like this! This view is incredible!"

Grace Bay Beach, which is 12 miles long, is just down the hill via an easy path. See photos below. Once there, you can walk for miles. The long section below Sea Breeze is in a residential area (not commercial). Often you will have the beach to yourselves. You can even walk on the beach to Smith's Reef for snorkeling. Plan to see turtles.

And if you would rather, throw all the provided beach paraphernalia in the car and drive just minutes to the cul de sac below Umbrellas, towels, and coolers are provided at Sea Breeze.

Sea Breeze has 1,000 sq. ft. of outdoor space perfect for large groups: a newly refinished tear-drop infinity pool with a depth of 7 feet as well as 3 steps into the shallow area and a ledge around the interior, covered patio with two dining tables, uncovered patio with two sectionals, lounge chairs under three swaying palm trees, outdoor bar and kitchen, and an outdoor mahogany shower.

Awake each day and marvel at the view and end each day with a view of the lights of downtown Provo. One group of renters watched a downtown fireworks display for Kim Kardashian's birthday. Or lie on one of the many cushioned lounges and gaze at the stars.

The interior of the house is as spectacular as the outside. Designed and built by a local restauranteur and continuously updated with an emphasis on both design and comfort, Sea Breeze has a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a full sink and a prep sink, mahogany bar, dining for 8 on a live-edge table, 4 ensuite bedrooms, an office with a queen fold-out couch, and a living room with 20 ft. vaulted ceilings and 36 feet of sliding glass doors which overlook the heart-stopping panorama of the Caribbean.

The main living areas are equipped with the latest technology, including flat screen high-definition televisions and a Sonos music system for inside and out. Travertine marble floors grace the entire house. AC is provided in 4 different zones.

Each of the four king ensuite bedrooms has its own privacy, two with French doors leading straight to the pool. All have walk-in closets. Three bathrooms have showers, and the master has a bathtub and a shower.

Renters should know that there is no central "village" on Provo as there is on other islands. Everything on Provo is spread out - beaches, grocery stores, shopping, dining, snorkeling - so renters are encouraged to rent a car as taxi service is expensive and unreliable.

Owner provides renters with directions to the many beaches, recommended restaurants, catering, boat trips and massages to help with their planning.

Note: all rentals on island are required by the government to charge a government 12% property rental tax. VRBO also charges a fee. These two charges are included in the total per night.
