Beats Campin' is a total luxury Waterfront Condo, first floor unit overlooks Marina and Chincoteague Bay. Master Bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and large waterfront balcony off the spacious living area. Fully equipped with all amenities. Internet service, pool and exercise room. Walking distance to town of Chincoteague. Please note there is no boat parking allowed in the parking lot if you plan to bring a boat, please make other arrangements.

This condo does not provide linens and towels . Please bring your own or call us to rent them.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Perfect size for our family of 7. Great location to Memorial Park and downtown shopping. Loved that we could walk to those locations. The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. The only negative was not hot tub for the older members of our group which was advertised. Would definitely book here again!

Great time in Chincoteague

The condo was great. Fully stocked kitchen with everything younwould need to cook. Rooms were spacious and bright. It was a great location with lovely views on the balcony. The condo pool and gym were also really nice. Loved the island and the location of the condo. We walked to town often!

Our only complaints are that the mattresses were so bad that people were sleeping on the couch or on air mattresses. And it would be nice if there was a fan outside to help with the bugs

Great condo at a great location

Clean condo and the beds were comfortable. There were many games and puzzles to help keep our kids busy when we were relaxing. All of the appliances worked well. Nice porch furniture as well. Everything we needed for our vacation.

Sure does beat campin!

We stayed at this place and the one next door. The cleanliness and the shear size of these units was what struck me most. The layout is well managed and you never feel cramped or tight in these places. The checkin process was very smooth and the unit had everything our family needed for a week of fun and relaxation. The location is great. Just down the street from lots of shops, food and other attractions the island has to offer. No need to drive unless you’re going across the island. The facilities and grounds were well kept and properly working. The pool is smaller but does the job in cooling you off after a hot day. Great place to stay!

First floor did give us the opportunity to meet other guests and residents walking by. That being said, if you are looking for a private porch, expect to see and hear neighbors. The condo was clean and well stocked for at home cooking for breakfast and pick up from local restaurants,food trucks and pastries. All wonderful and pleasant to meet. Grandkids loved the pool for times before and after beach, horse back riding, water park and shopping. Harbour Rental associates were extra kind and helpful with recommendations for food, activities,etc. Loved the location because it was easy to park the car and walk and bike to many amenities. We will be renting again.

We brought two chairs so that we could all fit around the table as a family for meals and game time. Nice seating on the deck area. Master is very spacious. Master bedroom fan is controlled by a slider on the light switch but no instructions were given. Some minor bathroom repairs needed. No mop for the tile areas but we had wet wipes, elbow grease, and child labor :) Bring your own oven thermometer because the thermostat seems off.

The pool wasn't open, the website stated it was. The pool was covered with seagulls and seagull poop. We were told we would receive a refund for the miscomminication. I'm still waiting. Other than staying away from the side of the property where the seagulls pooped we had a great stay.

Pleasant stay & very nice condo

Condo was everything it showed in the pictures. Very large & comfortable. Very clean. The only drawback we had with this property is that the nice balcony overlooking the marina was in the corner of the building, which meant we were sitting right on top of the people next to us in the other corner. They were very pleasant, it’s just that there was no privacy.
