Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the waterfront porch and watch the egrets and wild horses on Assateague Island.. Watch the oyster boats going to work as the sun rises over the lighthouse. Spend the day crabbing and fishing from the floating dock steps from the porch. Bring your boat to enjoy the day fishing or tubing; or head out to the inlet for offshore game fishing. Go exploring on your kayak or paddleboard. Enjoy miles of trails at the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge or surf on the beach at Assateague Beach Take time to splash at Maui Jacks Waterpark. Take a short walk and play tennis , baseball, basketball or swing on the a playground at Mariner Park. Grill available to cook your catch of the day and crab pot available for steaming the crabs. Dine out and watch the sunset at one of many waterfront restaurants. Bring the marshmallows for the evening of eating smores. Lastly, always be on the look out for the dolphins that swim in front of the condo.

Great location

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at the Sea tag inn!! Watching the sun come up every day and seen the horses across the water was awesome. You also have a nice view of the lighthouse. It’s nice to be able to just walk out to the dock and fish without even getting in the boat!!!

Our family that have enjoyed and many years at Chincoteague Island and our wish is to share our happy place with others. There was never a need to watch TV with so many activities available at the front door; biking or hiking on trails in Chincoteague and or Assateague , shopping, crabbing and or fishing, boating, kayaking. playing at the waterpark with grandchild, relaxing on the porch with favorite drink and watching for the dolphins to swim into the channel. Best of all - "The fish stories".
