Amazing time

I had a great stay! Apartment was big, clean and as described. The location was good and the check in / check out process super easy. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning does not cool the apartment very much, but that didn't bother me.

Amazing apartment with close location to main spots but also quiet enough - away from the loud cars. Nice rooftop pool. Not fancy but very useful after a long hot day. Air conditioning is sub par but works. I would ask the owner to provide 2 fans as well. I loved the large outdoor balcony for meals. It was a very comfortable stay. Not glamorous but very comfy. The supermarket down stairs and large outdoor market were very handy!!
Outdoor market when it was closing. But very active with fresh food during hours.

Monaco adventure

The location was great for my son who loves car spotting at the casino and there were restaurants (many Indian) in the immediate vicinity. We really liked that there was a grocery store below so we could make some meals at the house. The only limitation was that there was no oven for cooking and no dryer to dry clothes. We rented a car, but we could walk everywhere (beach, casino, restaurants) so it wasn't even necessary except for day trips to Cannes and Eze.

Absolutely LOVED our stay in Christian's apartment. It was close to everything including bus and train. Two grocery stores were right below apartment, along with restaurants and vendors. Casino square was a couple blocks away. This place is a 10* for location! The apartment had everything we needed including a large covered deck - but it was cool while we were there, so it wasn't used. The kitchen was well equipped and loved the coffee machine. The ONLY drawback was the bed and linens. After walking all day, we needed some good rest and the bed was hard and pillows flat. A little attention to that area and this place would be an all-around 10*.

Lovely stay with excellent access to Monaco

We had a lovely stay at this property on a little getaway following our wedding. The flat is exactly as it appears online, and perfect for a stay as a couple. It's well-equipped, with everything you need to stay, and the little kitchen allows for a limited amount of home cooking during your stay. Finding the flat at first was a little confusing - though it is privately owned, you access the property via the ApartHotel reception and take two different lifts to get there. But the provided instructions were clear and we worked it out easily enough. Personally I think we'd have struggled to comfortably fit more than two people in the property, especially when it comes to the kitchen, which is quite tight. But there were four sets of chairs, cutlery, pillows etc. to make use of if you stayed as a larger group. The flat is just a few minutes' walk from the Monte Carlo Casino, and an easy walk down to the Monaco waterfront. There's a small supermarket downstairs, and lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. The rooftop pool is small, but perfect for a quick dip in hot weather. Though it was fairly busy at some points, we never struggled to find loungers or make a little space for ourselves. Christian was very friendly and responsive to all of our queries, including allowing us to check in early. Overall, a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This location and price were good. Within walking distance of the Monte-Carlo Casino and other sites. The layout and size of the apartment were nice. The balcony was enjoyable. The pool was great! The only complaint is that the air conditioning did not work. It was very warm and muggy. When I reached out to the owner, he told me to put it on the highest fan. We had already done that, and it was barely blowing warm air. When I asked for a few fans for the room to improve air circulation, we never received a response. I said again that the apartment was not cooling off, and again, no response. I would hope they could fix the air conditioning, or at least not advertise it as air-conditioned, and at least offer fans to circulate the air.

Stayed twice in this apartment and the location is amazing. On a pedestrianised road with live bands on the weekend. Carrefour next door. Food hall with Italian, French and Spanish street food, organic supermarket and fresh veg market. Food heaven. 10 mins walk to the marina.Kitchen is small but all essentials. Balcony and lovely shared but quiet roof top pool.breakfast available in the building for separate pricing.

Alles in einem eine schöne Wohnung, unschlagbar in nähe zu monaco. Leider läuft die toilettenspühlung immer mal wieder nach was in der nacht doch laut ist. Was wir aber einfach durch zudrehen in der nacht abgeschaltet haben

Ideale Lage für einen Sigtseeing Trip

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung des Vermieters, der uns persönlich empfangen und eingewiesen hat. Für einen Kurztrip bietet die Wohnung alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Monaco zu erkunden. Das Casino ist fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt nicht an der Straße und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dies hat Vor-und Nachteile. Durch die Nähe der Geschäfte hört man allerdings morgens bis abends das Treiben auf der Straße. Nachts ist es jedoch ruhig. Die Tiefgarage befindet sich unterhalb des Wohnkomplexes. Dies ist sehr komfortabel aber auch sehr teuer. Die Parkgebühr für einen Tag beträgt 25,00 Euro. Dennoch können wir die Wohnung für einen Kurztrip aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter "Christian" hat super geklappt. Er war sehr zuverlässig und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt um Monaco zu erkunden. Auch ist ein Bäcker und eine kleine Markthalle gleich daneben, was sehr praktisch ist. Der Besitzer nahm sich sehr viel Zeit bei der Übergabe und gab uns wertvolle Tips.

geweldig

schitterende locatie, kan bijna niet mooier. Auto in de parkeergarage onder het gebouw. Alles (echt alles) op loopafstand. Zodra je de deur uitstapt is het feest. Appartement is brandschoon, prima voor 4 volwassenen (bedbank is ook comfortabel) en heerlijk koel. Op het dakzwembad met ligstoelen ervaar je de rijkdom van Monaco. Christian bedankt !!!!!

Prima klein appartement op uitstekende locatie

Een net en compact en compleet appartement voor 2 personen op een uitstekende locatie. In het gebouw zit de supermarkt, ingang parkeergarage en ook andere winkels zoals bakker etc. De voedselmarkthal is tegenover het appartement. En verder is alles in Monaco op goede loopafstand. Het plein met casino en hotel de Paris is ruim 5 minuten wandelen. Het strand en jachthaven een kwartiertje wandelen.
