It is possible, in addition, to provide BB beds added in some rooms.

Household, bed and bath linen are provided and beds are made for your arrival.

This house is a haven of peace, you can relax by the pool or by the fireplace, facing the mountain.
You can isolate yourself under a tree in the garden or even take full advantage of your family or friends together.
You will be able to observe in the raptor park, squirrels, rabbits, roe deer ... the sheep in the meadow bordering the property and in the evening you may come across on the private road, the badger that shows up occasionally.
It is also the starting point for many activities:
- GOLF (18 holes): La Nivelle and Chantaco golf courses less than 5 minutes away, Golf d'Arcangues, Biarritz Le Phare and Chiberta less than half an hour, Golf d'Hossegor 45 minutes away,
- Tennis: rental of lessons (day and night), lessons / courses at 3 minutes
- Trinquet for pala: 3 minutes

The house was completely redesigned and renovated in 2015.
The materials used for the bathrooms are mosaics and zellige, parquet floors and polished concrete, very large American fridge and cooking piano, worked lighting .... a charming house.
