This Brand New construction home will make your family and friends have the best vacations in the desert.

Extraordinary pool with fire bowls, 4 waterfalls including a state of the art 15 feet arch waterfall that will make you feel at the most high-end world resort. Pool Bar, with four bar stools to have your favorite drinks while enjoying the sun. Tile throughout most of the pool including all of the tanning shelf.
The house has five bedrooms, with exquisite views and furniture, each with cable and their own tv.
Porcelain tile floors imported from Spain, quartz countertops throughout the entire house, Miele kitchen appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen.
House is next to El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the desert. Close to Indian wells tennis tournament, or the Coachella Music festivals. Also, just a few minutes drive to Palm Springs.
If guest desires pool heat, there will be a $2000 pool gas deposit. Within 7 days of departure gas bill will be presented and 80% of the bill will be charged to the pool heat deposit. Deposit amount is subject to change depending on current gas prices at time of stay, not at time of booking.
If only spa heating is desired, $50 per day.
