Enjoy our 2 story home, 5 bedrooms plus one room with a futon also, decor that features Kentucky Bourbon and Horse Racing. Our home is situated on 2.5 acres and backs up to Benson Creek. The home consist of 3 levels. We have a fenced in area that is ideal for pets or small children. Ideally located for Bourbon Tours, Vineyards, Breweries, trips to Keeneland or Churchill Downs, UK/UL/KSU or visits to the Capital.

The top level has 3 bedrooms (1st BR has 2 twin beds, 2nd BR has 1 Queen bed and 3rd BR has a full size bed and a futon) and 1 bath, the main level host living room, dining room, kitchen and eat in area along with washer and dryer and half bath, the lower level has 2 more bedrooms (4th BR has 1 queen bed and 5th BR has 1 full bed) a living room with a queen size pull out sofa sleeper and a full bath.

What a great home just outside of town. Peace and quiet for days...We thoroughly enjoyed the large family of whitetails that came by in the evening. Plenty of room for our large group to have their own space and great rooms for gathering. We enjoyed our stay with we trucked along the Bourbon Trail. Thanks for having us!
