About Home:
This six-bedroom house has ample space for all 12 guests to spread out and relax. The massive master suite features a night and a day view, see through fireplace, 2-head shower and large jetted tub. The additional bedrooms also have views with comfort and quietness. The county style kitchen features a big island and is wide open to the spacious dining area and huge living room. Another full kitchen is included in the bottom section of the property. There are two decks with furniture where you can sit, dine and enjoy the view. Additionally, outside you can enjoy a private back yard with a grilling patio.

The whole house is now available for the guests to enjoy.

Beautiful house with great view

The house was great and check in was easy and thorough. The downstairs level is rented out to a tenant which caught me off guard, i'm not sure if that is mentioned in the listing or not, I didn't see it, but it wasn't an issue at all.

Beautiful home, immaculately clean & well cared for

Krystyna’s home is beautiful, wonderful views of lake sammamish, great neighborhood right on the trails around lake sammamish. The entire property is immaculately cared for and it is as nice in reality as the pictures. Well appointed with lots of thoughtful details including extra toys for the kids. Back lawn is lovely with badminton, corn hole, basketball. The kitchen had everything you could need. The driveway is quite steep but didn’t pose any problems. The host was very responsive. Krystyna and her family stay in the ground level of the house but we never heard them or interacted with them. Wonderful stay, would stay again.

Lovely home but OWNER OCCUPIED (not disclosed)

Beautiful 4 bedroom home with a lovely view of the Lake. Deeply disappointed by two things -- the listing implied we would be renting the entire house but in fact the owner's family stays in the basement apartment. While we had no intention of doing anything inappropriate, it is not the same at all and we would not have chosen this property if we knew that. The listing should disclose that. Second, we chose this particular home partly because of the photo of the enclosed trampoline and I even told the owner that before booking. But, I was told one week before arrival they had removed the tramp for safety reasons. The offer to cancel was not of value. They do have fun other games -- cornhole, a basketball hoop, putting, so everyone had fun but I had promised the kids the trampoline. All of the full baths and bedrooms are on the top floor so it is not a good choice if you have problem with stairs. It is quite a lovely home. Would have spent the money differently if I had full, true and better disclosure.
