Had a wonderful stay in this spot not far from the lake nestled in a cozy wooded area. You are off a main road but that didn't bother me. The place would be a perfect fit for a very large family as it has lots of bedrooms. The host was super easy to reach and the check in was a breeze.

We had a wonderful stay in Sammamish near family. The house was clean and had large bedrooms. There is a sidewalk to the lake which has a pathway for running/walking. Overall great location with easy access to downtown Seattle.

My family and I stayed here and it was absolutely beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. Excellent location. Beautiful views of the lakes. Overall 10/10 experience. Any questions I had the host answered right away. Highly recommend this property.

Great home for family and peys

We booked this home for Thanksgiving family gathering. The home was just as advertised. Bedrooms were big and beds were super comfy. Lots of room downstairs to spread out and lots of rooms for the dogs. It even has a small dog run off the office! The kitchen was well equipped and the host was very responsive. Close to the lake and a very comfortable home. We had aww detail stay I. This home!

Wedding Party Stay

Overall great stay! Very large and lots of space for people to spread out. The house was clean, and the basement was very kid-proof, which was great. Cons were that the back door was easy to open and there was no gate between the yard and the street, and there were some spiders in the basement.

Lots of clean space for a big family long weekend

This is a spaciously simple home with lots of room for 10 people ages 4-80. Comfortable beds, plus extra chairs and a refigerator in the garage made the space work well for our big family. We enjoyed the short walk to the lake, though there is no public lake access near this home. The walks on the bike path were fun and scenic.The owner was prompt and immediately responsive to close a gap (towel shortage for a big crowd). Everything in the kitchen was functional, but I wouldn't describe it as a gourmet kitchen. Overall we had a great time using this space for a long weekend away.

Large family review

First of all, the place was clean and the rooms were all nice. Great location and nice family spaces. However, there were not enough towels for our group of 9 adults and there wasn’t enough silverware either. It also was too warm at night and when we turned the heat down so we could sleep better, it was automated and kept going up to 72.

One Star is generous, not a good place at this time

The house smells horrible - mold, mildew and they tried to cover it up with a very pungent smelling cleaner which was overpowering. Downstairs smells from possible animal and there is no way anyone could stay in that area, let alone the house overall. There were bugs flying around the living room, kitchen, bathrooms- the house is not clean. I have pictures of the bugs, the mold mildew, broken blinds. The smell is horrible and we have people who can attest to the smell and inability to stay at this house due to these issues.

Inglewood house

We were a group of 8 women on our annual retreat. The main floor of the house was fine. The kitchen was stocked with appliances in good working order. There wasn’t a coffee grinder, unless we didn’t find it. We appreciated the extra refrigerator in the attached garage. The main floor bedrooms were adequate although one of the beds had a slat missing so the mattress sagged. The lower level bedrooms were also adequate but extra blankets would have been a real help. There were two extra blankets but really needed a few more. It got cold down there. The front deck was spacious although noisy due to the busy street on one side of the house. Extra chairs on the deck would have been a plus as there were only two chairs. The outdoor area / fire pit was unable to be used because the yard was weedy and unmowed. The grill worked fine and the owners were quick to respond and deliver gas when we needed it. We enjoyed our stay

Welcome to our slice of paradise! This brightly lit modern home is nestled on the banks of Lake Sammamish, surrounded by towering evergreens and lush foliage. It's the perfect place for a cozy family getaway or an extended stay with a group of friends and young couples with kids and / or babies. Each room sparkles with modern furnishings, illuminated with recessed LED lights, and embellished with stylish artwork and snug rugs and sofas.

What makes this property unique

Spacious office and workout area

The lower level houses an office with a desk overlooking the foliage from a bay window sur-rounded by counter space and banks of wood cabinetry. Natural wood floors and contemporary rugs soften the room, bathing in natural light.

Adjoining the study is a spacious workout area with yoga mats, dumbbells, exercise bands, a Swiss Ball, and an elliptical machine. A sliding door floods the room with yet more light and leads to the exterior.


Cozy, five-star hotel-like bedrooms

All the bedrooms enjoy Memory-foam mattresses, are carpeted and embellished with well-appointed artwork and have plenty of natural light. The master is a grandiose affair with a majes-tic taupe-colored tufted headboard, matching linens, and a phalanx of pillows and cushions. Be-side lamps sit on modern, round tables, and a stand-alone lamp provides extra light.

There's an additional media room with a lounge, wall-mounted TV, sofa, single bed, and desk area.


Clean contemporary bathrooms

The three bathrooms are clean and modern, with upgraded cabinets and mirrors. The compact laundry room features a side-by-side washer and dryer.

A spacious wrap-around deck is ideal for grilling under the stars after an active day on the lake. Follow this with a few hours on the sofa in front of a movie — the end to a perfect day.

Complete accessibility

Despite its tranquil setting, our home is surrounded by easily accessible amenities with multiple main roads just minutes away. A modern chef's kitchen and outdoor grill make home-cooked meals and snacks a cost-effective resource. Local grocery stores include Whole Foods, Safeway, Target Grocery, and Trader Joe's to keep the kitchen sticked.

The entire home and all outdoor areas are available with this rental; Chill out, relax and make yourself at home. The main entrance to the house is via a lockbox on the main door. You'll be emailed or texted the lockbox code shortly before your arrival.
