Cyril est un hôte très sympa avec lequel le dialogue a toujours été agréable.L'appartement, parfait pour 2 personnes, est vraiment très bien équipé. Le lit 2 places est un clic-clac, forcément un peu moins confortable qu'un vrai lit et qui doit être déplié/replié matin et soir. Cela nous a rappelé notre jeunesse :-)Chauffage confortable, eau bien chaude.L'emplacement est top pour ceux qui, comme nous, aiment skier sur le domaine de Balme. Et la vue est top !Nous avons pu nous garer devant l'appartement toute la semaine (qui était hors période scolaire).Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour qui souhaite venir passer une semaine de ski à deux à La Clusaz.

La vue depuis le salon est magnifique.Appartement très bien équipé.Petite résidence dans un joli cadre. Chauffage collectif par des radiateurs en fonte très agréable.Propriétaire attentionné et très réactif. Le village de La Clusaz (environ 5 min en voiture) est animé même hors saison (fin octobre). Activités nombreuses: patinoire, cinéma, bowling... La plupart des commerces sont ouverts (fin octobre) : boulangeries, fromagerie, restaurants, petit supermarché... C'est très appréciable.

La vue sur les montagnes - les ARAVIS - était splendide,belles proximité et visibilité par rapport au salon du studio.Un bain de soleil sur la terrasse du studio face aux montagnes a été un bel instant.L'accessibilité au studio a été facilitée par quelques marches seulement au bas desquelles la voiture étaittrès proche et visible du salon. Nous reviendrons.

La Cluzaz vraiment très agréable où rien ne manque avec un rayonnement idéal pour des balades et randonnées à proximité ou aux alentours ainsi que des visites de fermes avec des éleveurs accueillants.

Studio très agréable aux confins

Studio au rez de chaussé, très agréable, calme, à 100m de l'arrêt de la navette rejoignant les confins et la Clusaz. Literie confortable, beaucoup d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Par contre, peu de rangement disponible pour le linge. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à 4.
