This newer modern DOWNTOWN condo is 2-story corner unit with an upper MASTER SUITE that includes a wrap around deck and AWESOME VIEWS of Kalamazoo Lake. It's the PERFECT place to stay located just 1 block off of Saugatuck's main street which is Butler Street. It's nice and quiet up here but still only a 3 minute walk to town. In town you will find lots of shops, art galleries, wine tasting, ice cream, and great food at several restaurants. Venture over one more street to Water Street and you can take a leisurely stroll along the Kalamazoo River, the channel to Lake Michigan. Follow it down to Wick's Park Gazebo on Wednesday's for Music in the Park. A short 3 minute walk from the condo in the opposite direction, takes you by Coghlin Park and lands you at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts to check out the latest Exhibit or the Farmer's Market every Friday from 9am-3pm. There’s sooooo much to do in this unique little town that it was voted #2 Best Coastal Town in 2024 & #3 for Best Small Town Art Scenes in 2025 by USA Today. Tripadvisor named it among the Best of the Best beaches for 2025.
The Accommodations: The upper floor is the Master King Suite including your own private 1/2 bath. Step out the sliding glass door to the wrap around deck to enjoy the sunrise views with your morning coffee right from your master suite coffee station. (That's right! No need to even go downstairs yet!) Just take it all in while slowly waking up on the brand new patio furniture. Or maybe after a long day of exploring this awesome little town you might want to enjoy the sunset out there with a nice glass of wine.
The Main Floor is equip with a full kitchen, including dishwasher, and all you need for your stay and entertaining. The sectional couch easily turns into a comfortable sofa bed for 2. Pull open the blinds up on the HUGE picture windows to let in all the natural sunlight or keep them pulled down and stay snuggled up for a bit longer... your vacation, your choice. Maybe set the coffee pot the night before and let the aroma of fresh brewed coffee be your wake up call. The full bath is located on this main floor. It has great lighting, a full size shower and is stocked with new plush towels.
The unit is accessed by keypad entry so no need to worry about losing keys or anyone getting locked out. Inside the condo you will find a full run down of all there is to do in the area, local transportation to outlying areas, directions to Oval Beach or Mount Baldy, all of our favorite restaurants and dishes (just in case you need help deciding), nearest pharmacy & ER services, delivery food, etc. We live in town so we are easily accessed if you need anything or have any additional questions that I may have overlooked in the guidebook email that I put together specifically for our guests.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Follow check-out instrutions in VRBO message and/or binder located in the condo.
Put ALL trash in dumpster closest to the road, at far end of MALU-Feliz-Scooters building in front of us. Dumpsters are at Scooter’s end of building. Code 1290 needs to be aligned at lines at top.
Turn A/C to 72 on both floors. Please leave the heat at 65.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have lived in Saugatuck for the last 5 years and love being able to boat along the coast of West Michigan. We’ve lived both in South Haven & Grand Haven for a season or 2 but Saugatuck is our true love as far as lake towns go. We enjoy having friends & family out so we can host & entertain! What’s better than great people, great food, and always always sooo much fun!!!
Also, we are local all year long & we live 2 minutes away so we are easily reached if needed and if not, who knows, we might run into each other in town.

This is the perfect location!!! Just minutes from everything Saugatuck has to offer. With 2 bike included you can easily park when you get here and not drive again until it's time to go home if you want.
What makes this property unique
I love this place because it's corner unit so there are windows everywhere and so much natural sunlight. You can't be in here and not be happy:)
