HALE HALE'AI OCEANFRONT AIR CONDITIONED SPECTACULAR with POOL
Exceptional Oceanfront Vacation rental. The home has been totally renovated, everything including furnishings are top of the line, Central Spit AIR CONDITIONED , with private POOL. Here is Hawaii Island at its best. Sit on your lanai and watch the waves, whales in the winter, always sea turtles and spinner dolphins. A beautiful gated entry to tropical yard and our home away from home. This vacation rental has it all. Our managers 50 years of residency and 46 years Realtor Emeritus here on the Big Island will ensure you know where to go and what to do to make it the perfect stay.
This 2 brm 2 1/2 bath home is the perfect spot for your Big Island adventure. Great room with cathedral ceilings overlooking the water. the view is WOW. upscale finishes, stainless appliances in your full kitchen with everything you need. Custom Baths. YOU will not want to leave. VIEWS forever.
NOTE: Basic rate is for 2 guests. There are additional fees for each guest after 2.
WE DO have security cameras for safety and security but be assured they are STRICTLY outdoor cameras pointed at the outside yard only and absolutely NONE are pointed to the interior of the home.
Five cameras are ring Spotlight cam:
*One at garage facing the entrance gate.
*One above the bbq corner of the house also facing the driveway.
*One at house entrance (near the garage) facing the outside area between the house and the garage.
*One at the rear right corner facing the ocean capturing the rear yard for intruders that would enter the property from the oceanfront
*One at the rear left corner facing the back side of the house that leads back to the garage, also capturing the rear yard for intruders that would enter the property from the ocean front.
Two- Dome Cameras:
The Dome Cameras are A81 series cameras.
*One at the rear left corner facing the ocean / rear yard capturing the rear yard for intruders that would enter the property from the ocean front.
*One at the front right corner (near the bbq) facing the driveway/front gate.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hale Hale Ai from 1/31/2020 to 02/05/2020. From the moment we entered the gates and then walked through the house, the only words heard were 'WOW" The entire home is beyond spectacular, while at the same time being so very comfortable and welcoming. The beds were so comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the master is amazing. Everything from the linens to dishes was perfect and everything we needed was there.
Our favorite time was sitting on the back deck after a long day of sightseeing and watching the ocean from the covered patio in the lounge chairs. Stunning.
The property manager was attentive and gave us many suggestions of places to go and things to see. Everything was as described and the whole experience was easy and seamless.
All of us agree that the next time we are in Hawaii, this is the house we want to rent and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Hi Terry,
Today was the last day for me to write a review on our stay in Hale Hale 'Ai , so I wrote one tonight. However, I just missed the deadline (apparently it was 9 pm here in CA, not midnight). So I here is the text I had written. I will try to contact VRBO to see if I can still post it.
Beautiful and spacious home, right at the ocean. Gorgeous kitchen with everything we could possibly need, new appliances, and lots of silverware and dishes. Master bedroom had an amazing enormous bed, and walk in shower with pebble floor. The other bedroom had a toilet space with sink, and a 2nd bathroom across the hall. Everything was perfectly clean and new. Lots of towels, sheets, hangers, soaps, and dish washer tablets. Big washing machine and dryer, with tablets provided. The back of the house consists of sliding glass doors that open up all the way to enjoy the sea. The back yard is open to the cliffs, so not safe for the little ones, but what an amazing sight. We saw spinner dolphins every day, and enjoyed their show. Whales came by every now and then and three nene geese payed us a visit too. Perfect spot on the East side of the island to visit the Botanical Garden and waterfalls of Hilo, to visit the Volcano National Park, and to drive to the destructive lava flows of 2018. Thank you for having is stay here, we felt so much at home."
