This was our first trip and we all had a great stay. The home is super clean and had enough space for our group of 6. Easy access to grocery stores, airport and restaurants and public transport. Michael and Nicole were great hosts and easy to communicate with
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This property had a big kitchen and lots of living space. The property was nicely located in the middle of town and close to everything. The tenants were very friendly and communication was very prompt!

The unit has rats which bit through and ate up a portion of a loaf of bread. The owners knew all along about the infestation and yet put the unit on the market. Water lines were switched from hot to cold, and coupled with faulty taps, made taking a shower impossible. The weather was hot and windows which were really old, did not have screens and we could not keep windows open for fear of mosquitoes. With no AC our unit was hot and really uncomfortable. Definitely our worst experience. Wish we had booked hotel rooms instead.
Nice, clean and plenty of space. Very convenient to the airport but apparently directly under the flight path of virtually every flight into and out of ANC. Bring your earplugs if you want to sleep.

Summer of 2019 Anchorage international Airport was repairing the North-South airport Runway and all flights were diverted to the East/West runway. Very inconvenient for many Anchorage residents. Those repairs have long been completed and air trafic has returned to normal.
The house was immaculately clean and perfect for two couples. One bedroom, bathroom and laundry were downstairs, with two more bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room upstairs. It was close to restaurants and shopping. We met the homeowner, Mike, who lives on the other side of the duplex, and he is a really nice, helpful host. I'd highly recommend his home.
Convenient place if you want to be close to the airport
We were traveling 3 couples and wanted to spent a night in Anchorage before taking our flight back.
The location was very convenient from that perspective but a bit noisy due to the closnest to the airport and major avenue.
The place was very convenient for our needs and there was enough space for 6 people .
There was no air conditioning and it was very warm that day .
The bathroom was not equiped with soaps , shampoo and other . There were not enough towels for all of us . So bring your own as there are no shops around . The kitchen miss some important tools such as bottle opener but has all other needed tools : dishes , glasses etc
Ther is a garage and parking slot for one big car .
The host was very welcoming and even allow us to stay longer as our flight was late in the evening. We appreciated that flexibility very much
Overall very clean and convenient place for overnight stay . We appreciated it.
This property is very clean, beds are comfy, sheets are fabulous, and it would be great for a longer stay in Anchorage. We were only there for one night, as we were getting on a cruise ship the next day. Super close to the airport, and within walking distance of a good Korean restaurant, coffee shop, and other shops. Check-in was very easy, as Michael left the keys in a lockbox on the door, and messaged us the code ahead of time. I would stay here again, if I am ever in Anchorage again!
Great rental location with easy access around Anchorage. Superb host communication! Much appreciated! Amenities were perfect for our needs. Wonderful space for our family!
We (two couples) stayed here just one night before heading home. It is a nice home in a residential neighborhood, only about 10 minutes to the airport. There were three bedrooms to choose from and a nice kitchen and living area. It is on a pretty busy street, so there is some street noise and some aircraft noise (duh, we wanted to be close to the airport). Mike, one of the property managers was responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Just what we were looking for....
We were looking for a place very last minute & they made it happen. Everything was as listed. Lots of space. The kids liked the downstairs area. Living right next door, Michael made sure our every need was attended to and & repeatedly made himself available if we needed anything else. Apparently due to airport construction, flights are currently diverted over this part of town. That interrupted my husbands sleep a bit. ( I think this is a reality for all midtown hotels right now.). Thank you for everything !
