The house wasn’t a perfect location. Very close to the beach, the boardwalk, and downtown. Quiet Street with ample parking at the house. The outdoor shower was a great feature, especially since we had a four, five, and seven year-old. It was easy to shower them off before going into the house so we didn’t track sand in. We tried showering at the beach access Shower, but it was so much easier to do it at the house. The amenities at the house were great, plenty of room for all of us. The children’s games were wonderful and the two older girls learned to play Monopoly. They loved it. I would highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a place to stay in point Pleasant.

Caroline was a responsive host and the house was perfect for two families. EASY walk to the beach and boardwalk. Kids are already asking to go back next year

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time in Point Pleasant Beach. The house had everything we needed for our family and the beach and boardwalk were a block away. There was plenty of parking and the front porch was a favorite hang out spot. Kaitlin promptly answered any inquiries and we are already planning a stay here next year.

We had an amazing stay at Caitlin’s property. She was very accessible and sent clear directions for check in/check out. The house was amazing and very clean. Perfect location—steps from the beach. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Perfect for Large Group

This property was absolutely perfect! We had a group of 13 and not only were all able to sleep comfortably, there were an abundant amount of linens and towels for us to use! Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will 100% be back to rent from Caitlyn!

I grew up in northern New Jersey, vacationing in various Jersey shore homes, and have always loved the beaches & communities that the Jersey shore has to offer. Buying a home like this was a lifelong dream of mine, and I'm very happy to share it with you. Outside of my beach bungalow, I work in technology in Manhattan. I'm an avid fitness and dance enthusiast, love to cook & host large gatherings, and you could also call me a bit of a board game nerd :) Hope my listing looks appealing to you, but please let me know if you have questions / concerns!

I bought this home because of my love for the Jersey shore and it was the absolute perfect fit in terms of location, size & character for what I was looking for. I'm excited to continue to invest in it over time - but I love it just the way it is right now!
