Your Point Pleasant Beach getaway starts here! This comfortable and family-friendly 3-bedroom home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything the Jersey Shore has to offer.

The home comfortably sleeps guests with 1 queen bed and 4 twin beds, and features 2 full bathrooms, including a jetted soaking tub in the primary bedroom and a walk-in shower. Guests will also enjoy air conditioning, heating, high-speed WiFi, and a hair dryer for added convenience.

We provide bath towels, as well as beach essentials including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler to help you make the most of your beach days.

Please note that toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are not provided, so guests should plan to bring their own. Laundry facilities are not available on-site.

Parking is street parking only. You do need a parking permit on your dashboard which i do provide . I have 6 parking permits

Whether you’re visiting for a family vacation, a beach weekend, or a relaxing coastal escape, this home offers a comfortable base just minutes from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and local attractions.

Great getaway

Great location for the beach and boardwalk. House was spacious and clean. Know before you go street parking only! Great stay, would definitely go back!

GREAT VACATION

What a great place at a great location! Steps away from the boardwalk and the beach. The fireworks on Thursday night were right in front of our location. Our host could not have been better! Will definitely come back

Poor communication about important things- like “available parking” means on-street only and next to impossible to find on a Friday afternoon! Some of my party parked over a mile away! Also, “laundry available” means at a laundromat up the street! Really? For a family using the beach allweekend? At an additional cost? Beach passes not provided. This was made clear by the host but on day 1 it cost us 65 for allof us to get on the beach! That’s a lot of money over 4 days after paying so much for the rental. The kitchen was adequate, but the dishwasher was broken which we found out only after loading it with 2 days of dishes and contacting the host. Also, we couldn’t get the oven to heat up, and no toaster meant we needed to use the broiler to toast bagels. Also, there wasn’t an ice maker and only one ice cube tray. Overall we were disappointed but the house was clean, there were a few towels it was laid out nicely and basically comfortable. Better communication would have been nice with putting out the garbage, as there were several bags of garbage from previous visitors in the cans and we didn’t know when to put them out. Also some basic info about how the TV works, cost of beach access would have helped. The location is very close to the beach and the boardwalk activity was far enough away to not be disturbing at night but still very walkable.

Very happy with this rental! I appreciated that the house information had clear instructions for everything from Check-in to parking passes, to check out. The host was responsive and the house was clean and in good shape. Also having 5 beds and two baths is nice and the living room had a good size couch, dinner table and kitchen with a counter top that you can eat on. Compared to other surrounding bungalows, I was happy with the size of this house. Also the location is great, 3 houses in from the boardwalk, halfway between Jenks and the Inlet!
