Check-In und Check-Out liefen perfekt ab.Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal.Die Wohnung ist leider in einem stark renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand.Zum Beispiel: undichtes WC, so dass es trotz täglicher Reinigung unsererseits permanent bestialisch nach Urin und Kloake stinkt.Schimmel am Duschvorhang und Schimmel durch Wasserschaden im Schlafzimmer.Auf dem Balkon: minderwertige Plastikstühle, die teilweise Sollbruchstellen im Material aufwiesen. Gleich am ersten Tag brach einer der Balkon-Stühle entzwei.

Très bonne qualité de l'appartement (mobilier, petit matériel....). Parfait ! Le thème des cadres photos peut susciter une certaine mélancolie. Mais cela reste très subjectif !

Appartement idéalement situé et très pratique. Propreté passable à l’arrivée. Baie vitrée sale.

Agréable séjour dans un appartement bien conçu et correctement équipé. Propreté à revoir à l’arrivée ! Nous avons commencé par un grand ménage et le nettoyage des baies vitrées très sales. Il faudrait également un badge de plus, l’accès aux appartement est sécurisé après 22h depuis cette année.

Jamais déçus par vos locations. Tres bon accueil. L appartement était très agréable propre très bien équipé et très bien conçu pour héberger 2 couples. Les 2 salles de douche sont un véritable atout Et la vue extraordinaire qui nous a ravi à chaque instant.

alles war excellent, wir kommen wieder

Die Aussicht auf den Ozean, die Ruhe und die Sauberkeit Fernbedienung ( automatisch) für das Eingangstor zum Parkplatz wäre für alle eine große Erleichterung. Größere, oder zusätzliche Müllcontainer.
