Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals Policy for "VRBO" guests:

Initial 1st payment you make online with VRBO is for their service fee and it also includes your first payment of $400.00 which is due for the condo. After receipt of your booking, we will contact you directly to answer add'l questions and give you more details about the reservation process. We require all guests to read and sign OUR rental agreement and terms for our condo.. Rules of our beach home, payments and cancellation information is stated in our rental agreement. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
