Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

We loved this condo. Nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect views of the beach and pools were never crowded. Close walking distance to restaurants, bakery and ice cream :) Will definitely visit again!

Let me start by saying the Rental Company, Your Friend at The beach is topnotch in every category!!!! I have rented from them quite a few times and they are the best! Great communication, very flexible and determined to give the best value for your money! The unit itself was gorgeous, and spotless! The condo is modern, clean, and VERY spacious! The management company is professional and accommodating. They call us to let us know they cleaned the condo early and we could check in. They called to see if they could provide anything else. Very kind and helpful! We can’t wait until next year!

Fantastic Property!

We had a lovely stay at this condo for Fall Break. The views of the beach and water from the balcony were unmatched. We always love Adagio because of the two large pools. The property was clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds for our family of six. Our children appreciated each having their own bed. The hosts even left us a complimentary beach towel and sparkling beverage. Would absolutely rent again.
