We strive to make your stay memorable in our Mid Century Modern home, inspired by Architect William Krisel. The perfect home for a large group, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 12 Beds: 4 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, 4 Foldaway Beds, 1 Cot, 1 Futon, and 2 Sofas, also includes a Fully Equipped Kitchen and BBQ—spot on for weddings, graduations and reunions, and college groups and sports teams. We are located minutes from the University of Arizona, major golf destinations: El Conquistador, Oro Valley Country Club, Pusch Ridge Golf Couse, La Canada Golf Course, Omni Tucson National, Crooked Tree Golf Course, etc. The Tucson Mall is five minutes away; I-10 is less than 10 minutes away.

Spacious Kitchen with Fully Stocked Plates and Silverware for 16, plus Kitchen Knives, Pots, Pans, and a wide range of Cooking Utensils, all the Essentials for Cooking Almost Any Meal, along with Cookbooks and Wine Glasses, Plus Breakfast Food and Fresh Organic Fruit, Whole Milk, Eggs, Coffee & Coffee Creamer, Herbal Tea, Verity Pack Kids Cereal Boxes, Organic Rolled Oats, Bagels & Cream Cheese, Buttermilk Pancake Mix & Syrup, Honey, Butter, Jelly, Olive Oil, and Cooking Spray; Almond Milk and Vegan Butter are available upon request.

Roomy Living Room, Fully Furnished w/ 58" HD Roku TV w/ You-Tube TV, Writing Desk and TV Stand, Plus an extensive selection of Board Games including; Giant Jenga, Twister, Yahtzee, Apples to Apples, Host Your Own Murder Mystery, Cards Against Humanity, Uno, Dictionary and Rubik's Cube.

We have a small eclectic assortment of books about the city and local history to artists, graphic design and architecture, psychology, philosophy, and self-improvement.

Our patio table seats six w/ additional seating, overlooking Lush Vegetation and Koi Pond. Cozy Outside Fire Pit with Benches Seating six, plus plenty of Firewood and utensils specifically made for roasting hotdogs or marshmallows. Three-person Hot Tub surrounded by a countryside cabin retreat feel, in an Artist's Secret Garden.

Jacuzzi Hot Tub available October - April.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please respect our house it as if were your own by keeping it clean; Wash All Used Dishes and Dry Any Spills, Use Trashcans, Recycle Bin and dumpster.
Be considerate of the neighbors. Quiet time Sunday through Thursday: 9 PM to 6 AM, Friday and Saturday: 10 PM to 7 AM.
HotTub Keep the floating chlorine ball in the jacuzzi to sanitize it. No excessive amounts of body lotion. Always recover the jacuzzi when finished.

This property is a great place for large groups! We completely enjoyed all of the amenities: the hot tub, fire pit and the koi pond. Zak was very responsive with any questions we had and it nice getting to meet Brad. All of the art work gives the house a great vibe. All of the breakfast foods made mornings easy and the coffee was good too! I definitely recommend this house for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet and it is close to shopping and groceries as needed.
